It's a good place to eat. Unfortunately the last couple of times I've gone there the staff was rude. They would wait for a customer to leave after they received their order and then judge and complain about that customer to the other customers waiting in line. Or the people on the line would have the cashier go and check the line person's phone while they are making the food. It's almost a joke and a circus around there at the one in Orrville. Subways are great in our eyes. We can decide what goes into our food by choosing the ingredients like we do at Chipotle, Piada,etc. The variable with Subways is their "sandwich artists". We had a GREAT one in Milan Ohio and we have had bad ones in Millersburg. Was told on Friday, January 25th, at 9:07 pm that this location would no longer be open until 10. In fact, that the new closing time took effect that same evening. Was also informed that the store wouldn't open until 9am as well. The employee was nice but seemed upset that she couldn't close the store because people kept trickling in. She didn't have anything prepped, everything was being put away or was not available. No onions and no ranch for chicken bacon ranch sub. Still...read full review
