Ordered $120+ worth of pizza for Super Bowl Sunday. They delivered the wrong order! Instead of multiple pizzas they delivered chicken. So I called the store and they weren’t willing to remake our order because it was too close to closing. This after waiting almost 2 hours. Clearly the gave our order to someone else. Best they could do was give us a credit….. well we tried to claim that credit last week and were told we waited too long.

We have been ordering online and or calling in, we generally have our order delivered for approximately 8 years, we have had very few issues, however whenever we did have an issue and called, it was handled and rectified in a timely manner, never had any employee be rude to us!!!

I had my wedding in orrville this past weekend. My hired caterer stood me up an hour before my guests were supposed to eat. They were able to make enough Pizza, chicken and JoJo's and salad to feed my guests last minute when we called in a panic. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for them to take on such a huge surprise order at the last minute. My guests said the food was delicious and we barely had any left!
