Heartland Point is now called B's Deli and Cafe. There is a great story behind the name of this place. Great space was there for a private party event. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was delicious and the owner was there working the event. She had activities for the children and they were having fun. Looking at the menu board I will be returning to try the sandwiches that are freshly made. The desserts were delicious and creative. This is a great place for meetings or party events.

Heartland point is a great place to meet up with a group to have a cup of coffee, as well as serving delicious meals from their cafe. The layout is great to drop in and do some work or have a meeting with a group in an environment that is welcoming. The staff always seems to be in great spirits and adds to the inviting environment of the facility. Highly recommend swinging by if you are in the area
The place is Cozy, located in central downtown Orrville and has some good options on the menu however, I was totally turned of by the rudeness of the staff. Their lack of Customer Service and awareness to some situations makes me wonder if they were trained right and how they can not direct and do the simplistic things.
