Clean employees are friendly and food is made fresh it was not hot though store clean inside and out reasonable price handicap parking and offering curbside delivery need to serve hot food not warm
This Mr.Hero is my family's favorite go to for take out dinner, especially after our kids sporting events. The employees are extremely kind, the restaurant is spacious and very clean. Food always cooked perfect and we never have to wait long!
My wife and I have been eating Mr. Hero since she introduced me to them back in the 1980's. I have always loved eating a hot buttered cheesesteak or my favorite, the Romanburger. We went to the Orwell, OH location this past week and they make the hero's the way they should be made. They were fresh, cooked to perfection and the staff there is very friendly and efficient. They have a very clean dine in facility. We will continue visiting and eating Mr. Hero at the Orwell...
