Took her pasta making class a couple weeks ago. The class started and ended on time, provided plenty of supplies and it was a lot of fun! She is a great teacher of good techniques and secrets.
I have tried many items off her menu and worked several events side by side with Heather and enjoyed myself immensely! Her food is delicious. Great customer service and she comes up with some fantastic menu items. I strongly recommend trying her stuff! The only negative thing I have to say is she is too far away from me! LOL

I have always wanted to learn how to make pasta and checked out Heather's pasta making class at Sycamore Lake Wine Company. She was very helpful and made this such a fun learning experience. I will definitely be back for more classes soon, looking forward to the barbecue one in May.
