The bagel were probably very good but the sandwiches are microwaved so that ruins the bagels and turns them into dough. If I go back I would just order bagels.
very good bagels put VERY expensive
First time trying Bagels and Deli. Ordered on line. It was ready on time, greeted with a smile, order was correct, and delicious. The sandwiches weren't overly loaded with meat, but there was enough, and I feel we got a decent value for the quality. I'm not going to lie, I thought about going back the next day, but it is about 45 minutes from where I live. Here it is, day 2, and I am still thinking about it.
the first time i got a bagel sandwich from this place i dreamed about it for nearly a year before i was able to come back and order another. these bagels will change your life
Great place and staff!
Have you ever tipped someone then immediately wished you hadn’t? The woman working here literally gave several dirty looks- to the point where I looked behind me, as if to say, “Me?” I said thank you after she practically threw my bagel at me and she replied with another dirty look. Then I opened my “toasted” bagel and it was absolutely disgusting…soggy bread with hot cream cheese. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I received a microwaved / steamed bagel that was steamed with the cheese on it. Complete waste of money…ugh and I’m still hungry :(.
Always happy with my orders from here! The options are super varied, so it is a great place to grab sandwiches for my entire family. The bagels are tasty, they are packed full of ingredients and are always fresh! Highly recommend!
Bagel sandwich was good. Not a lot of seating inside (difficult in the winter) but lots of style. No restroom.
Quick friendly service. Had a very tasty gluten free Eagle sandwich.
The inside is really cool. The smells are delicious and their merchandise is great. Very average bagel/sandwiches. They do not offer toasting bagels. That alone just ruins the flavor. They steam their bagels but for the high price you pay for a bagel sandwich here u should have the option to have it toasted.

Mandatory stop for us for every home game. Just keeps getting worse. 55 minute wait for a sandwich today. It’s a bagel with 3 toppings! Asked 3 times why the wait, no good answer. Counted 26 orders placed after mine that came out before. “We’re working on it now”, “should be any minute now”, or the best…”we have a lot of orders, it will be ready when it’s ready”. Staff has the stuck up attitude you would expect of millennials with the customer service training of a rock. Good job there management! I would expect better of our students at Miami, but maybe our standards aren’t what they used to be if this is representative. Best of luck B&D, today was my last time. Overpriced with an attitude, and always late.

So slow. Bad attitudes. Poor decision on my part to give it another try. Mistake. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.
I worked at Miami years ago and never really went to Bagel & Deli as it felt more of a student spot but not I know why. Great bagel sandwiches.
