“I'm from the PNW and have had all the wonderful food from the Pacific. Hawaiian food is always my go to! I introduced my wife to it and she's been hooked ever since. We moved from Florida (where it's so hard to find) and I was so excited to find a spot up here with all my favorites! I love Mac Salad and their mac salad is top tier 😋 I'm not a fan of places that add potatoes to theirs! Ohana Island Grill does not and that's one of the reasons we came!! The staff is always great and welcoming! Our food is always fresh and sooooo good! We've had quite a few dishes but the BBQ mix plate is my wife's favorite. I'm a huli huli chicken or kalua pork gal myself! It's a 40 min drive for us and when we first stopped in, the manager said "isn't there a Hawaiian spot closer to you?" YES there is but I always look at menus first and I came where I knew where I'd be happy and I am NEVER disappointed!!! Thank you Ohana Island Grill for always serving great food and great customer service!”

“The Teriyaki Chicken is delicious. Lots of crisp vegetables, chicken and rice. Nice portions too. The service was wonderful!”

“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!”

“I screwed up! I was trying to find a healthy option on their menu and ordered the chicken tacos. They were good but they were also a mistake. Kinda like ordering the salmon dish at Perkins but not quite that bad. If you go to a place known for burgers and don't order a burger it's your own damn fault if you find yourself increasingly jealous while watching your kid eat her burger.

Fortunately for me, she knew she couldn't eat the whole thing and I landed approximately 1/6 of the burger. What a sixth it was! Her burger was described on the menu as a 10-oz patty with bacon and guacamole. She ordered it medium and it was the kind of medium that leads to juice dripping down your forearm if you don't watch what you're doing. Big, beefy flavor that was more reminiscent of a charcoal-grilled steak than a burger. Most certainly one of the best burgers I've had in the last few years...even if I only had 1/6th of the thing.

Next time I find myself here I am either going to throw health concerns to the wind or convince whomever I'm eating with that they need a half of a burger for their meal. Screw you chicken tacos...that mistake won't happen twice!”

“Quaint little spot with a cozy vibe. I stopped by Bodega Delicatessen looking for a breakfast sandwich, and the staff suggested the Riley or the Lola. I went with the Riley and it absolutely delivered. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying, truly “From our deli to your belly.”

There was a constant stream of customers, which says a lot about how good it is. Small space, big taste. Can’t wait to go back and try the Lola next time.”

“We ordered cupcakes and a smash cake for our daughter's first birthday. The Artisan Conjurer did absolutely amazing. The daisy's on the cake and cupcakes were just adorable. They were not only moist but the icing was not too over powerful and just the right amount of sweet! I highly recommend for any cake or cupcakes needs ❤️”

“The food is always good when I come here and the selection is great. It seems to be a place for authentic cuisine. The atmosphere is a bit different and the place feels a little run down. The wait staff are always nice though and the food doesn’t take too long. I like to come here often!”

“Many years ago the Alexander House was the perfect place for a first date @ the sushi restaurant. My now husband and I spent our first of many dates there. Today I took a moment to calm the chaos in my heart by taking a walk down memory lane & visiting this coffee spot. I shared my favorite memory with the young baristas who were so warm and welcoming. I am so glad I took the time to stop in and try their tasty crepes and ‘crepe in a cup’ latte.”

“I go to this marvelous restaurant many times because I like the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The team is exceptionally friendly and skilfull. The service is extraordinarily fast. Needless to say, the food they prepare is outstanding. I have been there often and I was always pleased. The rate is decent. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.”

“The weirdest thing is that it is unmarked. If it was not pointed out to me by a frequent member, I would not know that it exist at all. I have been there two times at the time of writing this review and both times they had a full bar and they made every cocktail we ordered. Just an FYI, the White Russian had too much dairy in it -- to the point that it was just milk -- a nice health drink. The bartender(s) are really nice and have people skills that set them apart. They have dart ? board but you have to bring your own darts.The place is not frequent by undergraduates/young people, which makes it a best place for people who want a quiet place to hangout with friends over a drink or older people for same purpose.”

“Refreshingly delicious! I usually go to the Sharonville location but decided to try this spot. This location, which is inside a ramen restaurant, has a fraction of the original location’s menu. The passion fruit and lime green tea was a perfect drink to finish my hike.”

“We used to gaslight for catering for a Mom’s weekend. We got their fajita bar and it was perfect for our group and had something for everyone. I would highly recommend them for catering so you don’t have to fight the restaurant crowds. A great option for graduation weekend or parent weekends!”
