Stir Fry

“Quality of food and service varies a lot. After going to garden for a while you tend to get a feel for the types of dishes to avoid and the ones to get whenever it's available. Stir fry is typically a safe bet, breakfast eggs can be anywhere from great to inedibly dry, etc. Things are generally kept nicer on parent weekends for obvious reasons. It's good to try and be creative when you have the option, otherwise you're going to get bored really quickly -assuming you're on the meal plan-. For example, cut up the whole strawberries they offer and make a parfait, desert bagel, or something like that. Add cheese, bacon, green onions and more to your potato soup. If there is chili on the same day as French fries make chili cheese fries, etc.“

Bell Tower Commons Buffet • $
401 E High St, Oxford

“Bell Tower is my most favorite dining hall at Miami!! The only thing is, is that over the years it's gotten more and more crowded- sometimes you can't even find a place to sit down and eat (why I gave 4 stars). I wish there was a way to get an extension or even another dining hall on academic quad. But the workers there need to be appreciated more! The guy who does the voice/little rhymes is pretty awesome too!! :)“
