Better of the food options at Miami University. Bring back the bigger portion sizes! Since they keep changing the names of the restaurants I will refer to the type of food they are. The Mexican themed restaurant sometimes serves old rice. The Chinese restaurant only serves one good item which is general tso but their portions have shrunk. Orange chicken just has a weird tang. The American food has gotten stingy with their sizes as well.
Literally 50% of the time I get food here it is incorrect, and when it’s made “correctly”, it still sucks. It’s better than the normal dining halls, but still, they need to hire competent employees

Very dry rice and overcooked chicken that was almost burnt. We ordered four meals and all of them were equally bad. I never had Mexican food this bad in my entire life. If this is the food they are serving the students there on a regular basis, then they should close that counter due to the health hazard it is.

I haven't tried food from others but Umami. When you order food via GrubHub, you will see really delicious and mouth watering images of dishes they offer but in reality your food has nothing like in images. The food is not great, doesn't taste as great as Asian cuisine. Disappointed with what they are doing to most undergraduate students. I feel bad for students who have a meal swipe for Umami.

Nice place
bruh the food is good but is very crowded. Other dining halls need to step up their game
The stir fry lady was rude when she informed me about the stir fry area being closed. She simply could have said sorry we are closed until *time they re-open* however she watched me grab a pair of chopsticks and gleefully go around to place an order on to stare past me and say in an angry voice we are closed. This being my first experience at Bell tower is a negative one which is unfortunate because I will not be coming back to this place where the stir fry ladies are rude and treat the customers like gum stuck to the bottom of a table.
Loved the stir fry
It’s a college dining hall, what do you expect?
