Just got up and left, never serviced or acknowledged by anyone. We watched the servers hiding behind their waitress stand to the kitchen talking (figured they'd get to us soon,) but every time the blonde waitress would come around. She'd ignore us, we even waited a bit more stood up to try and find someone. Couldn't find a single person to help! It wasn't busy, only two people adjacent from us on the same booth wall. Ridiculous and rude! I've never been to a Bob Evans with this sort of atmosphere. Being alienated is a terrible feeling.

Unfortunately this isn't the Bob Evans of the past. The food tasted reheated, my potatoes were burned and hard, pancakes tasted as if they were microwaved to reheat them. The waitress was new and worked hard. The place could use some upgrades to modernize the appearance. Based off of my meal and others with me I don't have to visit Bob no time soon.

Absolutely the worst Bob Evans I’ve ever had, chicken sandwich came on STALE sliced bread instead of a bun, the dinner rolls were rock hard and the baked potato soup was cheese covered potatoes, no soup to it, and certainly not the toppings that it supposed to come with.

The food was cold, although there were not many customers. We were served on paper plates, allegedly because the dishwasher is broken. Don't even get me started on that... Hash browns, biscuits, gravy - none of it was prepared correctly and what? Grits are no longer served?! At Bob Evans?! As we left, we observed staff in the kitchen eating out of the food that was being prepared. This visit was a huge disappointment, and every time we have visited family in Oxford we made it a planned stop over the last 30 years.

Overall the food was good but really greasy and the fries were soggy. Our server was sweet as well. They forgot one of our side dishes this time and last time they forgot a couple of them. We were also given to go containers for our food instead of plates. We were told the dishwasher broke. The bathroom was also really dirty.

Waited for our food for 40 minutes wasn't even busy.our server never once checked on us the whole 1 and half hours we were seated only to bring our food and our check
The first time I ate here, they gave me sliced cheese on my omelette. Not a fan but everything was good. On my last night, I was duly impressed with the service and ordered pancakes and bacon that were done to perfection. I really think I went through the first time on an off day as the restaurant is clean and service is well organized.

Food was cold service was bad the young lady was new like her first night but her trainer which was a red head just left her while she stood there playing on her phone not helping her adding more tables to her atmosphere was horrible we couldn't eat cause of all the flys with the waffle house opening in a few days you might want to step up your game

My server got my order wrong twice and I didn’t eat any of my food and still had to pay for horrible restaurant.
