Our order was curb side pickup on 2/20/24...upon arriving I called the number to have food brought out...was told I had to come in to get it...ok...go back to our hotel and start eating...3 bites in...theres a long blonde hair in my potatoes...gross...I call BE...the girl said...I will ask a manager what to do...well he gets on the phone...tells me I have to bring the food back...I said...I want my money back...he tells me I'm not doing that...bring the food back...ok..so I go in...all the food including the hair...he takes a cup of corn and cranberry sauce out and leaves it sitting on the counter...takes the rest of the food with him to the kitchen...clearly he was pissed off...I'm trying to watch him back in the kitchen...he is throwing stuff into a microwave..or some type of heater...brings me out a pitiful platter of food...slap together like it was picked up off the floor...I told him I didn't want the corn...he grabs the cup and slammed it into the trash...I said well..you could have given me at least a hot cup of corn...he said I only had to replace the mashed potatoes..cause that's the only thing that had hair in it...I was shocked...I ask if that BE was corporate...he leaned over the counter with a smirky grin and shook his head yes and said what his name was...I guess he feels secure in his job...this so called Manager clearly has no training on dealing with unhappy customers...we have always ate at this Bob Evans..for many yrs...but for yrs it has gone down hill...and it's sad...by the way...the girl who had taken our order was sweet...she apologized as soon as I came back in with the food...it was the Manager/David ...done with this Bob Evans...and I have called Corporate...

Was there yesterday for breakfast and hardly no one there, my food came out cold, they gave me maybe table spoon of hash brown's hard and cold, ask for eggs over med far from it.... waitress was nice, coffee good.....before leaving went to restroom and got sick.Never go there again. I wasn't a Karen but i could have been.

Turkey dinner. Turkey was Luke warm. Dressing was dark dark brown. Yeast roll was not fluffy. It just tasted like a TV dinner. The waitress was very nice.
