went back to Oxford to visit my son it was great I get to meet the top bartender that I met a year ago she is such a great lady great bartender and server she does it all she waits on tables and takes care of the bar awesome lady I drank two chocolate martinis and they were out of this world

My 3rd experience was nothing short of awesome at this BW3’s! The new Spicy Chicken Dippers were hot, fresh and very tasty with the Buffalo sauce and honey BBQ sauce that I had! The atmosphere was great and my waitress Kendall was amazing as well! I will definitely be back! 🙂🍗 #TremendousExperience!

Walked in and place was basically empty. We were asked to give our number to wait for a table, we did and sat down. While we were waiting we listened to the staff at the pick up counter sing songs about how much they hate working here and there were flys flying around and it smelled bad. Meanwhile the next set of people walked in and were seated immediately. We waited at the hostess stand again to ask how much longer and a hostess never appeared. We ended up leaving and going to a better place to eat without bugs and happy employees. Still never got the text that my table is ready…….

In my experience, this place is actually pretty great. There are off days, but the food has usually been pretty good, even very good at times. Employees don't seem like they despise their lives and their jobs, and I don't feel like I'm being a burden by ordering.
BWW is a little pricey as a chain, but consistently higher quality than some other chains that it's competing with. Our location in Oxford is good, too.

I have never in my life had a worse experience at any restaurant. The way this manager “runs” this restaurant should be studied in manager handbooks on what never to do. After my food came out cold an hour before anyone else’s, I asked for it to be remade and the manager would not remake my onion rings on my second sandwich! Our server Jeff was an angel however, and kept our spirits up while we waited two hours for our food that ended up making me borderline throw up. I understand a certain amount of wait time will happen while there’s a deal on wings on Thursdays in a college town, but this was every bit as ridiculous as possible. Brandi should be fired as quickly as possible :)
