Got the sausage, egg and cheese croissant with the hashbrowns and it was all pretty good. The drive thru worker even threw in some cookies and they were delicious as well.

5 years of living in the area and probably only the fifth time I’ve been to this location because it continuously gets worse and worse. I was the only person in the drive thru and the lobby was empty, how do you mess up an order? The food was cold!

Horrifically slow and the employees are rude as hell. I recommend driving to Hamilton if you want Burger King. This is easily the worst Burger King in a 50 mile radius

The food at this location actually isn't too bad sometimes...which is the only reason I come here. The speed is ridiculously slow. Ordering at the drive-thru goes pretty smoothly, but expect to turn off your car to save gas when you get to the pick-up window. I don't know if they are so short-staffed that they can't get the food made fast enough, or what. But they need to get the ball rolling. The other night there were 3 cars told to pull forward to wait for their order, including mine. I shut off the car while waiting. The same situation happened again earlier yesterday, except this time only 1 car had to pull forward. The other 3 of us were stuck waiting at the window. A while back I pulled up to the speaker to order, and no one ever came on to take my order. Twice I asked if anyone was there...got no response. Drove up to the window and no one approached. I honked my horn, and still no one came to the window. Yes, the restaurant was open...well within operating hours.
As much as I like BK, I'm not going back for a while. I can get in and out of Wendy's in less than 5 minutes.
On a side note, I gave them 2 stars for service only because the guys at the pickup window are very nice.
