We brought our little league team for ice cream after a win. We got to DQ right after they closed the lobby and taking 12 young men through the drive through is not ideal. Jerica was working that night and went out of her way to let us inside the lobby after hours to place our order and sit outside as a team. They were great and really went out of their way to serve us. Thank you Jerica and team! From the Miami Little League Braves.

From the time I got in line to the time I ordered was about 7 minutes, the person working the drive thru tried to get me to order when the front of my car barely reached the speaker because of the cars in front of me. From the time I ordered to the time I received all of my food was about 8 minutes. I got a blizzard and the pretzels. They handed me the blizzard as soon as I pulled up to the window, yes they flipped it over, but very quickly as it was already melting. During the 8 minutes of waiting for my pretzels I could see 4 employees just hanging out talking and with one playing on his phone. I’m fairly positive the pretzels were just heated up in a microwave, I’m not sure if that is standard, but if it is, why weren’t they thrown into the microwave as soon as I ordered it? Instead of making the blizzard first and letting it melt. By the time I got my pretzels my blizzard was almost completely melted. I live 2 minutes away from this DQ and had to put the blizzard in my freezer for 15 minutes before it was at an edible state again. This seems to be a constant problem at this location. I originally went because I wanted to get a dipped cone but when I saw the line I was afraid of receiving a melted cone and settled for a blizzard instead knowing I could put it in the freezer if I needed to, which it turns out I did. The melted blizzard could almost be forgiven if the pretzels I waited for for 8 minutes were scalding hot but they were lukewarm at best. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru total for a melted blizzard and mediocre pretzels.

We came here for dinner after my son's baseball game. When we sat down to wait for our food, we saw a ton of dead ants behind the bench along the windows. We moved to a different table only to see a ton of live ants crawling around next to the booth. To say we lost our appetite is an understatement. I'm disgusted that this is around where food is being prepared. Do better.

blown away by how rude the staff was to my boyfriend and i tonight. placed a mobile order online to pick up through the drive thru, pulled up to the speaker at the time the app said it would be ready & the worker told us to “pull up to the door at the front of the building” odd directions considering we hadn’t gotten to the window yet & because there’s a door at the end of the drive thru but nonetheless followed instructions. The employee that brought out our food was visibly annoyed & scolded us for not being at the correct door. I told him that we simply followed instructions & also that he had forgotten our blizzard. Employee proceeds to reach into our vehicle to snatch our receipt, was interrupted by his coworker bringing out our blizzard. tried to walk it back at the end but the experience was already made sour. we won’t be back for a while. get it together dq.
