blown away by how rude the staff was to my boyfriend and i tonight. placed a mobile order online to pick up through the drive thru, pulled up to the speaker at the time the app said it would be ready & the worker told us to “pull up to the door at the front of the building” odd directions considering we hadn’t gotten to the window yet & because there’s a door at the end of the drive thru but nonetheless followed instructions. The employee that brought out our food was visibly annoyed & scolded us for not being at the correct door. I told him that we simply followed instructions & also that he had forgotten our blizzard. Employee proceeds to reach into our vehicle to snatch our receipt, was interrupted by his coworker bringing out our blizzard. tried to walk it back at the end but the experience was already made sour. we won’t be back for a while. get it together dq.

I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I’ve waited 20+ minutes in the DRIVE THRU every single time. The employees are always outside smoking. The food is great, but not worth waiting 20+ minutes just for our order to be taken. It’s a bunch of kids working in there and they do nothing but stand around even when we pull up to get our food. Awful!

Trash on the dining room floor, half of the visible employees standing in the back on their cell phones. My blizzard was made with barely any ingredients at all. 2/3 of it was just soft serve. At least my wife's order was done correct, so I'll give them two stars instead of one.

This is a good Chill n Grill location. We have been to others that take so long to get your food out that it is cold by the time you get it. They got our food to us promptly and we enjoyed it a lot. They seem to do a good job even at their busiest times, when the drive through line stretches out into the street.
