Every order I have made here (quite a few now that I live on this street) has been perfect, delicious, aesthetically pleasing, and ready even earlier than the estimated time. And it is so cute inside!! Need to come order tea and study in here. 10/10 for Drop In Tea!!!

this place is so cute! i love all their different options but my favorite drink is the galaxy lemonade. i love that students work here and that it's local, which makes the service very thoughtful! the drinks are also beautiful for photos ?

They usually mess up something with my orders, never consistent with the recipes. I have asked for Oreo milk tea and sometimes they include whipped cream others it came with out it, and sometimes when I asked they pour the drink out and leave the flat lid instead or using a bigger lid. I always order extra boba and sometimes it looks they do not even add extra... Few times my drink came all dirty, like the cup has some liquid outside and it gets sticky...
I usually love this place but the drinks seem like they are never made the same way. I can go in one day and get a drink and it will taste amazing go the next and get the same drink and it has no flavor and half the boba (even when paying for extra). To top it off the hours are also incorrect at 915 the doors are locked. I understand that they might close early but the hours should reflect if it's going to be inconsistent.
I ordered boba and it came without boba even though the menu said boba was included

I got the super Thai brown sugar milk tea! This is my favorite boba tea place now and I’ve been to like 10 different places all over west Chester mason and Hamilton. Great service and I love the atmosphere and post it notes people wrote created everywhere. ❤️ Check it out you won’t regret it! The fruit teas are extra refreshing as well I had the pomegranate tea with pomegranate popping bubbles! YUM
