It I could give this a zero out of 5 stars I would. I waited over an hour inside of the building and my order was not taken and the staff was so incredibly rude. No acknowledgment of the guest that we’re waiting patiently and the food was horrendous. Never coming back.

In the picture the one with the pink nails holding is was my apparent Remake and the other one showing my order is the first drink. My fiancé went in trying to tell them it was the same and I wouldn’t like it and they told her welp there’s nothing we can do about that. I normally don’t write reviews but the past few times I’ve been to dunkin in Oxford they have refused to remake my drink and telling me that there’s nothing wrong with it. Normally I just take the wrong drink but it’s so disappointing. I don’t wanna just suck it up and drink something I don’t like. I even tell them I don’t mind paying extra to fix it and it does nothing. Me and my sister used to come to Dunkin all the time in highschool but it’s so unfortunate that I can no longer go there because they are nothing but rude most of the time.

Service is terrible both times we visited had to wait forever to get waited on. Very RUDE staff. Was to meet the manager on 9/6/2025 and she was NOT even their. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Literally the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. Been here on many occasions because I don't want to pay for Starbucks prices. It is absolutely RIPPING RIDICULOUS that my car is HAD NOT MOVED IN 7 MINUTES. Then when I go to order I get asked for a mobile order and when I say no I get told to wait even longer after I waited 10 minutes already!!! Not to mention I got a simple iced latte no modifications and still had to wait a few more minutes AT THE WINDOW for my coffee to be ready. What should have been a simple 5 minute or so trip through the drive thru became a 15 minute wait basically and late for work. I get it if I have to wait in a drive thru and the line is long, but I was 3 cars from the order screen here still had a 15 minute drive-thru visit. The whole point of a drive-thru is to DRIVE THRU it while getting your order, not stopping and waiting for 5 minutes and then move 4 inches... and not even an apology for the wait times either... If this is how you're going to be when the students aren't in town yet, jeez... I hate to see what it will look like when they are. Management if you decide to read this... DO BETTER!

I went with an easy order , and I could tell the girl taking my order was confused for some reason. I get to the window and she hands me the wrong thing and I let her know nicely and she met me with an attitude, her lack of understanding should not have been my fault. I kept explaining to her what was wrong with it, and she kept insisting I was wrong. The workers behind her all started chuckling and side eying us. I found it disrespectful. I looked at the order label on the cup turns out she did ring it up wrong like I told her before. Let’s learn some manners!!
