So I would assume that when most people order ahead, it is with the expectation to get your order faster, correct? Well with this Dunkin being in a college town I usually know that there will be some type of wait. Today was my second time experiencing extreme amount of attitude from the staff when trying to pick up my order from a different location. Location being drive-through versus walk-in. When I arrived at the Dunkin cars were wrapped around the building, since I was on my way to work I decided to try to go inside to pick up my drive-through placed order. There was a line of maybe 15 people so I went to the takeout and I tried to politely ask if I could get my drive-through order and the man behind the counter aggressively told me that if I had a drive-through order that I needed to wait in the line. So what you’re telling me is now that I’ve done a pick up order not only do I have to wait in line, but my food will also be cold? I have also experienced this attitude previously when picking a walk up order, getting to the Dunkin and noticing that there was not a single car in the drive-through so I decided to wrap around. When I got to the window and told them that I had placed a walk-in order but decided to just go through the drive-through the lady said to me “ Well, then you should have come inside to get your order” And scoffed at me through the microphone. I was able to actually get my order in the drive-through that day but received dirty looks from the staff. I get that it might be somewhat of an annoyance but I don’t see how hard to could be to grab an order that has already been placed, this is another level of unprofessionalism. I ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for food I had already paid for because instead of just grabbing the order that they had already made from a different location and handing it to me, they decided to be so rude. I also understand that this is a corporate problem. However, staff could deal with this in a better manner. My food was cold by the time I got it.

23 min wait in line in the store to then wait another 13 min for two omelet bites and a tea. Drive thru and door dash going through way faster. What a waste of time to go in the lobby. Worst @Dunkin experience ever

I got a cocoa mocha iced latte a few days ago and it was so cute! As I was driving, I picked up the drink before I tasted it to shake it around as there’s toppings I wanted to put in the drink, and the lid cracked, which promptly got coffee all over my car :( I tried to shake it off and try the coffee because it hadn’t spilled everywhere, and it was undrinkable. It tasted burnt and nothing like cocoa or mocha. Lattes are served with espresso, which has a small window where it tastes fresh, and theirs was very, very obviously old. I was so sad to have wasted the whole drink!
Waited in line for 30 minutes to get to the front. I asked to add something either to my drive through order or have another order just to hear “womp womp” on the other line.

My husband and I go to Dunkin’ Donuts in Oxford, Ohio daily. My husband loves the Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with Green Tea. However, over the past several months there has been no consistency in how our drinks are made, and when we bring it to the attention of the employees, they just repeat the phrase, “it’s a pre measured drink.” Well, that would make sense if the drinks were always made the same each time we go. They are obviously NOT made the in a pre measured fashion each time. After purchasing this drink that was not even filled, as you can see in the picture, my husband asked the girl if there was even green tea in the drink, as she snapped that it was a, “pre measured drink.” She would not add any green tea and refused to do anything about it. She said that she was the manager and if we called and spoke to the owner, he would say the same. The lack of consistency and rude treatment lately at this Dunkin is getting out of hand. I guess we will go back to Starbucks as their drinks are at least made consistently and they aren’t rude if something isn’t right. If something is “pre measured” as they claim, it should be made the exact same way each time and we would not have to bring it to their attention.

I usually don’t write reviews but everytime I get a coffee from this location is tastes horrible. Today I got a coffee and of course it was made wrong so I ended up dumping it out… only to find a sticker INSIDE my cup. Y’all are foul
Morning shift always makes my orders just right, mid shift is good at making drinks but gave me warm bread with Avocado instead of letting it toast, but that could have been that persons preference and thought they should make it that way. Overall, still very good.

The iced coffee with french vanilla and cream is the best one we have had for a while. Not too bitter and just slightly sweetened.

My coworker and I got 2 large, hot caramel lattes and when we took a drink we realized it had no espresso and tastes like a steamer with over-steamed 2% (should’ve been whole milk). Very disappointed in Dunkin today.

Easily the most disappointing Dunkin’ I’ve been too and it’s consistently that way. I love Dunkin’ and will always choose it over other breakfast fast food. The one thing I give them credit too is their coffee. It’s just like any other Dunkin’ and I have not received a poor drink from them yet. On the contrary their food is a disaster. It just seems like they just don’t care when they make their food. My favorite, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich comes in the tiniest dried stale bagel? Maybe it was the last of the bagels but in that case you just say you’re out of them instead of serving such a poor item. I know the empanadas and other food items are frozen. This means heating up correctly is crucial but my empanada was cold in the middle meaning it was either rushed or poorly handled. The workers seemed to be college students and maybe there’s a lack of effort that comes with that? You guys also are always out of donuts come the afternoon. Not once have I been able to get a chocolate long John. Something needs to be done about this. I’ll continue to try this Dunkin’ out and hopefully you guys will gain some stars
