This place has been going downhill for awhile now we used to go every Friday for food and drinks but the food and the cooks have turned me off to wanting to go back. Food is either not cooked or cold it’s really sad because it’s a nice place with no one who cares about customers.

My mom really loved the steak and Brussels sprouts and side salad from this place, so much she got it twice. So when it came up to choosing dinner for her birthday on Wednesday, she wanted to buy stuff from there. My boyfriend went into the restaurant to order for us while I waited in the car. My mom decided she wanted the salmon with Brussels sprouts and rice, and my boyfriend specifically asked for the red onions in is birria taco to please be removed because he’s allergic.
After getting home with the food, we couldn’t help but be completely disappointed. Everything but two of our orders were messed up. I had a bite from my boyfriend’s tacos first because he always wants me to make sure for him, and it was full of red onions. My mom’s salmon was buried completely under the rice as if the rice was just poured over it. And she hadn’t even gotten her Brussels sprouts with it. So one of us couldn’t eat for the night, and the other was a mess and missing a side. I wish I had gotten some pictures of everything. Safe to say birthday dinner was ruined. 😕

I have to say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Oxford. Besides the TVs I would say coming here isn’t worth it. Pictures on the menu don’t match what you receive, everything we had came out cold. The staff seems unmotivated and unhappy to the point getting a refill or paying for your meal is a headache.

It really should have been good. They have a great menu and our waitress was very attentive and did a great job. BUT, the food was terrible. We went to visit my daughter on Labor Day and they were not overly busy. We were seated immediately. We did seem to wait a while for our food but we used the time to visit. When we got our food it was cold. The Mac and cheese had to be sent back (it wasn’t even ever heated). Dries were stale and cold. Burgers and grilled cheese tepid warm at the most. Overall a huge disappointment.

We really enjoyed this establishment, which had a nice diverse menus,very clean and great for sports viewing TVs. Regarding the food, the beer cheese and pretzels were spot on with great flavor, and wings were perfectly cooked and coated. Burgers are very good, and you can tell they use fresh meat. Draft beers could have been a bit colder like most other places everyone enjoys going to. My only disappointment was that the nachos and meatballs were definitely not heated up enough, which I was concerned about based on reviews, but these were ordered lastly. Otherwise,I would recommend stopping by here and enjoying a meal and drinks or even an appetizer and a drink - just make sure and request that the food is served hot.
