ordered online for pick up. Showed up about 15 mins later everything was ready. Staff was cordial. Got home after ordering the BBQ BACON Cheeseburger to find no bacon on my burger.

My wife and I had dinner on Friday around 5 pm. The place was less than half full yet my meal arrived at the table cold. (My wife had a salad). It was brought to the server’s and management’s attention but I received no resolution. If you’re going to be one of the most expensive meals in town, you better be one of the best. This was truly terrible. I won’t be returning.

We went for a birthday celebration. Party of two sat at a table by the kitchen so all the constant in and out was distracting. All the food came out cold. The brisket grilled cheese was good but again cold. My boyfriend ordered a medium burger it came out well done. We also ordered the 513 Mac n cheese with no peas. It came out with noodles light sauce and Parm cheese so missing way more than just no peas. Just not an overall good experience.

Very nice brewery in downtown Oxford, Ohio. The draft beer selection and food was varied. The server was very attentive despite it being busy.

Dear manager/owner,
Please explain to your workers that they shouldn't ask what "side" a patron wants unless the food ordered comes with a "side." My response was that I didn't know it came with a side and it turns out it didn't. I had to pay extra. I no longer trust your restaurant.
I did try a pepperoni pizza and the meat was tasty but there wasn't a lot of it. Also, I couldn't identify the pizza sauce flavor. Kind of a pizza surprise. The cheese and crust was good, though.
