On three separate occasions I’ve visited this location and clearly stated I had an allergy. Each time, the employee serving me rolled their eyes and sighed as if the extra steps required to safely serve me were an inconvenience. Most recently, the employee went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome by rolling their eyes, then loudly announcing to the rest of the line, in a frustrated tone, “This guy has an allergy.” That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it feels discriminatory toward customers with medical needs.
A business that treats allergies as a nuisance instead of a serious health concern doesn’t take the safety of its customers seriously. I cannot recommend a place that makes people feel guilty or embarrassed for something beyond their control

Two servers working yesterday. The eldest treated us wonderfully: friendly, welcoming, helpful - the epitome of good customer service.The other was arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful. She spoke to us as though we were stupid and bothersome when we asked a simple fundamental question. She almost ruined the entire visit for us. Fortunately, the interaction with the first lady offset the superciliousness of the latter.

Great ice cream! I'd probably recommend spring street treats if you want to eat local but this place was great. The first time I had it I got sick after but otherwise I never had a problem with their ice cream. There's enough seating inside for a couple people to sit and they're usually pretty quick.
