We opted to sit in the air conditioned bar and enjoy getting to know the regular customers. Loved the friendly staff and fantastic service! In addition, there is a cool shaded beer garden area out back. Will definitely recommend visiting this historic tavern and definitely look forward to returning in the future to catch the live music ! Shout out to our amazing bartender Evan!!!

My friends and I come here to get dinner often because the atmosphere is great. The service is very hands-off but friendly--I think this is a good thing, though. No one pressures anyone to pick something off the menu quickly and we can eat at our own pace. It’s nice being able to just order when you want. Also, the menu is extensive. I recommend supporting the Hitching Post.

Thank you Hitching Post Saloon for an amazing Graduation Party! The setup was perfect, decorations & charcuterie table were amazing! Great space with excellent coverage from sun or rain! Such a great place for a private party with delicious food!The Staff are all very friendly and so accommodating!We'll definitely have many more celebrations at the Post!
