My mom went and picked up pizza this afternoon and they gave my mom the wrong pizza crust with cold pizza that had been sitting out because of how old and dry it tasted like it was from the night b4. I've been throwing up ever since I ate it. And it's 5pm and I'm still feeling ill

There were 3 fairly young ladies alone working on a Friday night, getting their butts handed to them, it was a good wait, but all the customers waiting were actually being decent human beings, and empathetic and understanding!! Those poor ladies were young and there didn't seem to be an experienced manager on site to lead them. They were all stressed and busting their butts, they were digging themselves out of a "tailspin" and they were still giving us great customer service, and apologizing and even refunded a few that had waited so long.I just want these awesome chicks to know I have been there and it sucked, but you are doing a great job! And you are much appreciated!!!

Their website was just updated and it says open till 10:00pm . But they never are open! This place is a joke . They definitely need new management at Oxford store

Usually eat here a few times a month. Third time in as many weeks we ordered a pizza and crazy bread, with each time the pizza being terrible. We used to love the “hot and ready” but these last few times the pizza was very bad and crazybread so hard it probably was hours old. Pizza today was so hard and stale I couldn’t bite through it

Server was not at all friendly when I entered the store. Seemed annoyed that I was ordering pizza. Touched cash register and cell phone, scratched her head, then proceeded to put ungloved dirty hands into toppings to make pizzas. Pizza was not cut, so we had to wait to eat until we got home to realize pizza. I don't have high expectations of little Caesars, but this was terrible.

Worst. Little Ceasers. Ever. Melissa the "manager" is rude and has zero customer service skills. They canceled my order 2 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered because they were out of one topping. Didn't call, so after waiting an hour for our food it was canceled and when I called to complain she was rude, told me I could stick my complaint where the sun don't shine and hung up on me.
