Excellent food! We were here for parents weekend. Busy busy busy. But after a short wait, we had a delicious meal that rivaled anything we have had in Chicago. When a restaurant is super busy but still delivers you know it's good. Friendly staff, good service, reasonable prices. They even brought us chopsticks!

We ordered three entrees and pork fried rice.
The burbin chicken was filled with vegetables and the chicken its self was over cooked and poorly flavored.
Mongolian beef was bland, the sauce was thin and the beef was not cooked in the sauce.
The garlic chicken was also bland and over cooked. But mostly raw onions, not good.
The pork fried rice was also no good. Bland bits of pork thrown in with no flavor.
Over all not good food.

First, everyone was very nice, and food was ready quickly.
Unfortunately, this is terrible food. The chicken seemed to all be par-cooked then just warmed in thin sauce. Very chewy and flavorless. The chicken dishes were probably 75% onion. Not even good cooked onions, like close to raw.
Mongolian beef was so bland and flavorless. White rice was overcooked.
I see the good reviews, and honestly we were shocked by how bad the food was. Bad enough that we trashed it and cooked a frozen pizza.

We had such a great experience. Imagine asking to reduce the sodium in thai/Chinese food. The owner came over anad guided us with the selections and despite reducing the sodium, the food was absolutely delicious. The servers were very attentive, checking in regularly with us and other patrons. The owner checked in to see how the food turned out. Definitely returning!

I ordered the chicken with broccoli and this is what they gave me. No sauce, no seasoning, nothing. On the menu it says chicken with broccoli in light sauce or brown sauce and this clearly has none. Waste of money and waste of a drive to Oxford to try something new. I won’t be back

Phan Shin is amazing! The inside is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I ordered orange chicken with white rice and it was ready for pick up within just a few minutes!
