Phan shinn is the best restaurant uptown. The people in there are absolutely amazing. All of them know your name their are kid friendly they suggest food that you may like or not like depending on if you’re sick or not sick. When you walk in there, you’re treated as family. The food is absolutely amazing. Doesn’t matter what you order.

Very high attention staff. Maybe too much... but they seem to know their repeat customers. Don't care for the order at the counter module. Feel like since I'm paying to eat in and a tip, order could be taken at the table.
Ordered pork /vegetable fried rice. I received steamed rice with pork and a few veggies mixed in. Would have been so much better had it actually been fried. I will take it home and finish cooking it.
