Dunkin' donuts does not make you order and pay before you use the restroom and wash your hands but Starbucks does.
They act like you're lying when you say you want to use the restroom before you order.Insist that you order and pay first
they literally need a whole new set of employees or something idk. the barista this morning was so rude and was mad because I didn’t like my matcha, rolled her eyes at me. Overall just a bad experience I reccomend going uptown rather than coming here.

In my opinion it would be more convenient if they closed this Starbucks. They never have help, cater to the online orders and it's miserable for us walking folks. Today I've been in line for 10 minutes and haven't been served yet. Get some damn help!

I’ve always loved this drink. So refreshing! However, then the store is out of strawberry purée, the charge 1$ additional is still there. This is kind of cheating.

This Starbucks is located inside of Kroger. It has clean amenities and workers are very professional. Sarah specifically had extensive customer service skills today as I was struggling to navigate the new fall holiday drinks on the app. There is tables for eating and lounging and they are clean as well. Definitely a great quick stop if you are grocery shopping at Kroger!

No reason for the wait. The employees kept moving around but ignoring the people starting in line.

Morning shift women have attitudes for no reason. If you don’t like your job, find another.
Good Mexican fare. This location has a small deli and a bakery next to the dining room.

Putting this inside a union Kroger's has its pros and cons. The biggest con is you cannot tip the baristas. They are not allowed to accept tips and they can get fired for it. Most of the kids are awesome with great attitudes. Even though I've watched this, some terrible customers have come through, if you're at Starbucks fan decent place to stop, I'll take a $0.50 coffee from speedway

Worst attitude of baristas ever. Not nice people. Don’t go here
Every time I come to this Starbucks Sarah is ALWAYS RUDE. She always seems like she has something else better to be doing and taking my order is a inconvenience. I asked Sarah a question to make sure the drink on the counter was my drink and the response I got was “I have no idea” and just walked away annoyed at my very simple question. If you don’t like where you work go somewhere else. Clearly I’m not the only one who thinks this based on the rest of the reviews.
The girls always do a great job, other than Lora. She's so rude and hateful EVERYTIME I go there
i told sarah i had a coupon and alls she said was, “okay?” and put her hand up dramatically. i then just told her my order because i didn’t know what “okay” meant. she was being rude. it kind of surprised me a bit because usually they’re pretty nice there. when i walked away after paying her and other old woman barista started talking about me. i made sure to be extra nice after that. :( the coffee is alright though
Baristas very rude and considering all the other reviews, this location should have influence from corporate on better training.
