Ordered 2 Frappes and when received them we were told they were out of whipped cream. However, we saw several people come out after us with plenty of whipped cream. Also had no crunch and very little caramel. It was mostly like drinking vanilla frozen yogurt.

I got a hot chocolate with oat milk. Not a hard order to be honest. There was maybe 5 people in front of me in line. It took half an hour to get my drink done. The worked so slow. It was like watching someone actually walk in the same setting as a Sunday driver. On top of that, I ordered a venti. I spent close to 5 dollars and it was about 2/3rd full. I don't care what you say that is a waste of my money. With the money that I spent to get a hot chocolate, I easily could have gotten myself a gallon and a half of gas. Absolutely Pathetic. Doesn't even deserve one star. I feel bad for who ever gets coffee during a busy time. They must wait for close to an hour to get their stuff.

Low speed (not the busy time! ), unprofessional; made my drink wrong 2 days in a roll; cashier rather just stand and doing nothing than deal some bakery order. I have worked in dining hall before, but never see the speed as this low.
