Worst Taco Bell l've ever been to in my life!! My taco was half way filled with beef and stacker was cold! The manager didn't even want to replace it! Whoever worked the night shift on 3/3/2025 you're a poor representation of management!

Do not recommend. I got the chicken nugget deluxe meal. The nuggets were gross looking and not fresh at all. The ranch had a crack in it so I when I opened it, there was mold. The taco looked like someone crushed it with their hands and it was inedible, and lastly the chalupa was old and cold and did not taste good at all. You would think for a fast food restaurant in a college town, they would do better. I will not return to this location again. I want to make clear that this is the Oxford, OH location. I have never had any issue as other locations as bad as this. They should be embarrassed.

If you want anything (including beef, tomato, sour cream,.cheese) on your crunchy or soft taco SUPREMES, don't go here. I even paid extra for the EXTRA cheese (which was barely any). Got a couple of cubed tomatoes and couldn't even taste the beef or sour cream, there was so little. Paid over $22 for garbage. Terrible food!

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding recent experiences especially tonight. While I understand the challenges of working in a busy, college-town environment, the behavior of some staff members has been consistently frustrating and unprofessional. Specifically, I have encountered situations where the system is shut down prematurely, leaving delivery drivers unable to complete their orders. This has led to significant delays and inconveniences. It's also a loss of income which I do not appreciate in the slightest. Additionally, I have witnessed staff members exhibiting hostility and impatience towards delivery drivers making an intentional effort to ignore all delivery drivers meaning I am waiting 30-45 minutes to pick up 1 order that my app shows it was checked in as it's ready, but my order isn't even started. I believe that a more respectful and efficient approach is necessary. Perhaps implementing a designated pickup area for delivery drivers or streamlining the order process could alleviate some of these issues. By fostering a more positive and collaborative environment, we can ensure a smoother experience for both staff and customers. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for delivery drivers.
