Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake, fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯!The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.

Food is excellent. It would be nice if they had more protein options though. They also are not family friendly - they don’t have high chairs. I would really like to be able to enjoy our time here with my one year old but that’s not possible without a high chair.

Kid-friendliness: Not small kid friendly. No high chairs.

We ordered five large cakes from Tous Les Jours for a family celebration. The team and management at TLJ was terrific -- they helped us with selecting the cakes, with deciding on a gluten free option (delicious macarons), with delivery, and with making extra sure that the cakes would be in good shape once we were ready for it. Everything was done exactly as we asked and the desserts were the talk of the party! Thank you so much Ambrose and team!

Everything was delicious! I had the mango cream donut, strawberry croissant, garlic cream cheese pastry andddd the elote pastry! Like stated before it was delightful. Special shout out to Amy working the register today helping me out. She was kind and patient with me in my indecision. She gave me the grand tour and lots of recommendations, Thank you Amy!! I’ll be back.

Really cool cafe! Never been to Oxford until recently and this place is a must. Good espresso, pastries and macaroons in a modern atmosphere.

First stop, my son brought some pastries home... They were delish,.. finally got into the restaurant on Saturday before eclipse... The two owners were there they were amazingly friendly as when I met them at a restaurant down in Cincinnati also... Their staff was amazing One of them engaged with my wife about all the freshness and all the food in the building My wife is tickled to learn about all the products... Made a few purchases they were exceptional The store is clean very well maintained super inviting Staff was wonderful... We will be back,.. it is a franchise, but the staff and the owners do a great job, so I highly recommend it

Vegetarian options: Ask the staff,.. and you'll be informed,.. they are so friendly

Dietary restrictions: As above,.. ask the staff,.. you'll be informed,.. The owners and staff are great

Parking: It's located in uptown Oxford,.. a college town,.. better to park one street away and walk a little bit... And you will be fine

Kid-friendliness: Wide open spaces nothing to worry about unruly kids knocking over and his staff is super friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors spaced out tables and on first floor and outside the city provides wheelchair appropriate crosswalks

Our kids loved all of the baked goods, sausage rolls, croissants. Everything we had was very good and we ordered a lot 2 times while we were in town. One of the counter workers was a little awkward both times. She seemed bothered that we bought so much. We did tip well as we always like to contribute to community.. and the food was great.

This is a newer, nicer breakfast spot in uptown. They have quite a variety of cakes, sweet and savory pastries, both hot and cold. They also have a full service coffee bar. When we were there, it was fairly crowded and no seating was available inside but it’s across the street from the park
