“I am shocked I've been getting pizza from this place for since they came to Chesterland and then they moved to an x Pizza Hut building good pizza friendly people BUT today I order online it's a pickup I go there to pick up the pizza person bring some pizza to the takeout window it's the wrong Pizza I said told him then he says well no your wife called and ordered the salad it says I don't have a wife I'm not married then he starts getting irate with me and he starts calling me names and he tells me that I was not to swear I didn't swear at all with this guy I thak that back once he started calling me names that's when I got irate took my money back took and I will never ever go back to bada bing in Chesterland again”

I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. We got the pulled pork nachos, chili cheese loaded fries, burnt end tips with Mac n cheese && cornbread. My fiancé got the fish dinner with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Our entire bill was $68!”

“Our first time here, about 1:30 there were a few people and a few more came in after we did. Our waitress came over immediately and was very friendly. The restaurant is clean. A fairly extensive menu and they serve breakfast and lunch all day. I had an omelette my husband had a burger and we both enjoyed our meals. Good value for the money as well”

If you come during a busy time like lunch/dinner the waits a pain but it’s just because they only have a couple people working. Each order takes maybe 5-8 min. Great food that beats Taco Bell prices. My 79 year old father went to pick up the order and on his way out, he missed a step and fell, spilling his box of food and took a few hard scraps and bruises to his knees. The staff at the restaurant were so kind, helpful, and empathetic to his needs. A beautiful woman staff member, diligently tended to his bleeding knee while others prepared the food that spilled. He can't stop talking about how kind everyone was to him. People stopped and got out of their cars, a police office happened to notice. What a spectacal for sure.

“Worst Chinese food ever. Used to be good but today ordered bourbon chicken and it looked burnt when I opened it. Meat so hard could hardly chew it. Portion large but if you can’t eat it what good is that. Fried rice looked bland and it was! Will not go there again.”

“I grew up in Painesville and rarely make my way back. But I ended up in Painesville today and stopped in for lunch. I ate THE best burger I’ve had in ages! The flavors were amazing. The fries were hot and crisp. I haven’t had such a great burger and fries from anywhere in a while. Kudos to the Sidewalk Cafe!”
