Came in just for a DoorDash and got exceptional service. There was a lady (I didn’t get to get her name but she had short curly hair and I think she was in training) that greeted me right away and a man named Dan who just had a great personality with every customer while I was there. I got to experience this without even placing an order, just coming in to pick up. It’s hard to find places with great customer service.

I got their new Cheesteak sub this time. It was pretty good. Now remember it's fast food Cheesesteak not authentic Cheesesteak. I also got their curly fries with Arby's sauce and Orange Cream milkshake. I highly recommend those. The last 2 times I went to Arby's before yesterday it wasn't great. The one time I went the French Dip I had barely had any meat on it and the other time I got the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and it was probably the worst sandwich Ive ever had in my life. It was the most expensive thing on the menu and the Sandwich I received was as flat as a pancake and was as dry as could be. Unfortunately I opened the sandwich at home and not at the restaurant. I would have for sure asked them to remake it if I was at the restaurant. I was highly disappointed which is not what I expect from Arby's at all.

Average Arby's. They have the meats. Staff sucks tho like every other fast food chain now. If you're not drive through you're not priority

the one in Painesville doesn't have a drive thru. that's what makes it much more friendly and homy. Dan is a great manager and most of the staff is great and remember me by sight and even sound. great people.
