I don't normally leave reviews, but my God was this a terrible experience. Fries were cold, sandwich looked like someone threw it on the floor before bagging it, an the girl at the window was so focused on her phone I don't think she heard anything I said. I'll say the shake was good. I know it's fast food, but at least try.

These guys are on top of it. 100% hands down the best Arby’s in the area. Everything was on point, I was welcomed in and my order was taken immediately. I got 3 fish sandwiches and some sides—they let me know it’d be a few because everything was being made fresh. Music to my ears! Lol. Everything we got was phenomenal and I appreciate all of the gentlemen working from the order taker to expo to the cook. Great job fellas, I appreciate you all and wanted to make sure I recognized you because I know how quick people can be to criticize. These guys were on point. Much appreciated.

Not a big fan of Arby's staple roast beef, however I do enjoy the chicken wraps, BBQ, ranch, or honey mustard. Yummy. But as far as the imitation beef, no thanks.

The smokehouse brisket sandwich was not too good. Hardly any meat, no smokey flavor, only a drop of BBQ sauce. I'll never get it again not worth it. I made a mistake, it wasn't the painsville Arby's, it was the Mentor on the Lake Arby's
