Came on a Monday afternoon at 3. Walked in to a lunch and a beer got a drink and was ready to order Almost right away. Unfortunately I was unable to do so because the barmaid felt is was more important to stand at the end of the bar, eat, and talk to her friends. Left money for the beer and walked out since she obviously had no intention of doing her job.

On 12/18/24, my wife, myself, and family stopped in for wings. We sat at a high top near the bar. During our time there, the daytime bartender Nicole seemed to be having a great time pounding back shots of liquor with the customers. I lost count after 3 of them when we left around 5 pm. I normally don't write reviews, but this seems to be her thing because a couple weeks back on her Sunday day shift, she slammed back 4 Jameson orange with more customers at the bar. To top it off, her way to repay them for buying all those shots was for her to walk around the bar and lean forward and let the man pat her on her bottom. That's really classy stuff right there. Maybe the owner thinks men like this type of stuff from women. In all honesty, it's a little trashy to get smashed while working behind a bar. It definitely makes me think twice about this place. More people see this than just me, clearly not the owner!

First trip for me tonight, definitely will not be the last. The service was great, the food delicious. The cranberry margarita tasted like straight tequila but they added more cranberry and a little sprite to make it taste better when we asked.

Really enjoyed stopping here for a bite to eat. The service was excellent. The wings were awesome. And the salad was very enjoyable. Not just iceberg lettuce, all kinds of greens, and carrots. Very nice place.

11-19-24 Inefficiency is the worst problem to have at a business and is 100% preventable. During one of your busiest nights of the week you should probably have more than two bartenders making drinks behind the bar for the entire restaurant. Secondly, your bartenders should be attentive to your bar patrons before anything else (like taking shots with your customers) During the last hour each bartender has independently taken 2-3 shots from over pours of drinks and then additionally with customers who ordered shots at the bar. Furthermore, if they’re going to take shots and this is ok by management they should at least make sure other clients have filled drinks and a food order taken prior too. Lots of lost profits here due to poor mismanagement of people. People need to be managed ALWAYS. This is why employees don’t own businesses. They will drive you into the ground.

Our server, Sam was so wonderful! The manager, Steve came to our table and introduced himself. We love this place. The food is wonderful, the service is amazing and the manager is so so nice. We definitely will be back.

Went to B-Rox in Painesville for the 1st time. It was .50 cent wing night. Had a blast! The wings were amazing and the service was even better! Will be back for sure. Drop in, you will not be disappointed!

Have been here several times. The food and service is solid but has flaws like anyplace. Had take out a few times and had problems. Dine in was really good. Recently, had take out cod diners. The fish came out warm n soggy not hot. I talked with a kind bartender who then did whatever it took to make things right. Thats how its done. I appreciate the great and polite service. Very good food quality and service here -I will be back. Thanks guys.
