Ordered a $7.50 milkshake and got a cup of milk with a dab of ice cream. Manager/owner made it and she told me that she followed the recipe. I’ve ordered milkshakes from this place many times and never had it been this liquidity. I was very upset with her response but didn’t want to make a scene. I won’t be going back

Placed an order at the drive thru and they said they couldn’t serve me because they close in 10 minutes. Need a more disciplined/better trained staff. Closing at 9 means serving customers til 9 and then cleaning up and going home. Closing at 9 does not mean stop serving customers at 8:50 to start cleaning up so they can leave at 9. It’s just ice cream…not like I went to a restaurant and expected them to fire up the kitchen 10 minutes to closing.

They not only do not honor 31% off ice cream on the 31st of the month BUT the scoop I got probably didn't Eben fill the ice cream scooper! Totally disgusted.

Close at 9:00pm and they closed their store at 8:30. Completely locked up and you can see the employees trying to hide & peaking over the counter laughing. So unprofessional but you know the managers wont do a thing about it. Crazier part is i was looking to get a already premade icecream cake. Dont go here better off just buying one from the grocery store. Will never come here

Awful!! Can’t get a drink at 8:30p because they are cleaning the blender. You close at 10 folks. Guy was rude too. Never came here because of all the awful reviews. I wish I would’ve went with my instinct. Why did BR close Mayfield and Willoughby and kept this dump. Those both had good service.

I've been coming here regularly for years. The employees are friendly. If they know me, they start making my order when I walk in. I get the same thing. The boss is nice too. If they're very busy, they apologize for my wait, but I tell them their coffee is worth the wait.
Horrible service I order a mangonada and becouse I am rican the Mexican girl never do my order i wait 20 min and nothing...please stop the racist I born free !!!

So let's talk about Tim. I went in a couple weeks ago he was very friendly and went above and beyond. He checked the expiration date on my ice cream to make sure it wasn't expired. And he held a conversation which is not usual from workers at food chains. So i called to see if the store had my favorite ice cream. Which Geneva doesn't sell so I drive from Madison just to get my favorite ice cream. I walked in and Tim knew I was the customer that called. I was having a rich day but even though it seems so little Tim was a delight to my horrible day even if was for a couple of minutes. He goes above and beyond for the customer and I just want to say thank you!! I will be a returning costomer!! Job well done!!!

Worst one I have ever been to. Waffle cones were so stale, couldn't even chew it. We had 3 different ice-creams. All had chunks of ice in them. Like biting rocks.
