Fired me for medical reasons. Not even legal. I didn't fight it or argue about it and I'm doing way better than any of them are financially so I can really care less. I have seen chicken wings picked up off the floor and put in the boxes and serves people and I feel like an asshole for not saying anything. And nobody else there cleans except I did I'm not surprised if the place is disgusting I haven't been in there since and I don't choose to but, I would say don't go to Charlie's in painesville. Other Charlie's locations are good and the one in the mall is gross too just to let people know it's gross I've been there it's disgusting don't eat there. Some people seem to have better hygiene standards than others let's just put it that way. Other than that the manager is cool she's a nice lady and the food does taste good and the owner is cool but I do kind of have a bone to pick with this place because I was on the fryer for like 6 months even though the owner told me to do other stuff they never moved me up. And Juan one of the grill people is an awesome individual and definitely cares about helping people out and making sure their food's good and Auby, another manager is cool. But that place in painesville in my opinion should just shut down everybody I know that's eaten their talk shit about it.

I was hoping for a nice afternoon meal at Charlie's so as I order my food I'm hoping for a whole meal including fries and a full sandwich instead they forgot my fries they also forgot My fries the sandwich was unseasoned and I wished that this place would be better I only recommend this place if u like unseasoned food and not everything you ordered
Don't know what happened to this store food used to be amazing, overflowing sandwiches, the whole 9. Got subs and boneless wings today, wings were rock hard sandwiches half full and service was subpar at best. Hope it was a one off but really really disappointed in this visit.

Decent food but way too expensive for the amount of competition in the area. Jersey Mike's and Penn Station are 5 minutes down the road so I'm not sure why Charlies thinks they can charge $9 for half a cheese steak with no side or drink, or (being a cheese steak joint) charging $13 for 10 boneless wings.

First time customer, had a small original cheesesteak. Prepared quickly, exactly as ordered, friendly counter person, very good taste.
Good food. Staff is very rude and doesn’t let you order without talking over you. They get the orders wrong constantly because they don’t let you order without interrupting you.
The food was okay, and the dining area was very small but the staff members were unfriendly; in today's world, service is everything, and the service was abysmal. The cashier was incredibly rude, never made eye contact with any of the patrons and continually served sass as an addition to every order. Suffice to say, I won't be returning and strongly urge others against going to this location until the service improves.
