The food was okay, and the dining area was very small but the staff members were unfriendly; in today's world, service is everything, and the service was abysmal. The cashier was incredibly rude, never made eye contact with any of the patrons and continually served sass as an addition to every order. Suffice to say, I won't be returning and strongly urge others against going to this location until the service improves.

The food was very good but the staff seemed like they were in a hurry. One of those situations where you order and they tell you the total before asking if there is anything else you'd like to order. Also, I asked for no green peppers and they put them on anyhow. I went there on 8/20 for reference.

Asked for fries to be well done in multiple orders. Contacted customer service and they told me this store would contact me. They never called. The sandwich was also very soggy.i live 5 minutes away...

I walk into the store and ask for large ultimate fries and large strawberry lemonade I always ask for the beef on the side as I paid extra for it on this occasion he said he had to ask his manager who is the same person who made it for me the last time and charges me for the meat she said she cannot do that to him so I said but why you did it the last time so I ask him to speak with her and she refuses to so when I ask him for her name she said she cannot give me her name so I said to the guy what your name and what your manager name he said he cannot do that either well I get my order and he did not give me the recipe which I had to ask for what rude customer service and I paid for a large fries and got a small. the manager was rude, refusing to talk with me as I have done this at every Charley's I have been to and always got charged for the meat. well the Charley Philly #02380 Wal-Mart S loop 288 need to learn how to handle customers issue and she as a manager need training and to train her associate on customer service. and to make it worst employee Hannah c name is on the recipe and it a man of Indian heritage who took my order so Charley's fix your manager in store on how to deal with customer problems.

I rate my food on cleanliness tastes and customer service I got the California chicken my wife got the Philly let me tell you clean environment friendly staff and the taste was phenomenal packed with flavor at every bite now it is on the pricer side about 32$ for the two of us now that's a bit expensive for lunch but but I usually do not involve price with a restaurant rating our first time their so despite higher cost 5 stars all the way across the board and I don't give that often highly recommend
