Regular Chipotle, 3 bowls, 2 drinks, 1 bag chips and salsa was about $45. Food was warm and good. Staff was real professional .

9 pm walk in to order and steak was burned, chicken was dry and the burners under the food were out of water. Staff was already starting the closing process. Very disappointing. Will not be back. Highly recommend driving to chardon or painesville if you're trying to get dinner.

While dining in I overheard a customers bag was so soaked in sauce that when he got home the bag ripped open spilling all over. He brought it all back for a remake, and they refused to make it since it was off property... even though it was caused by their lack of proper packing for a togo order.. the way the girls including manager was taking to them was rude as can be, smiles, laughing and all. After the customer left they started yelling at each other in spanish....humm wonder who they are smack talking....
This chipotle has been a problem for us many times. They often are out of ingredients so you cannot get what you want. Whenever we order through the drive thru they get our order wrong. I accidently placed my order here instead of chardon tonight and when I checked they filled half my queso with rice so we only got half a serving basically. We also paid for double meat on one of our bowls and they actually put less meat on that bowl compared to the other (which is a common problem here). Overall, this chipotle is a disappointment.

You should probably close that drive through window if you dont want to hire people that can read. Its a shame that that you are basically forced to supervise them making your food otherwise they screw it up. At this point it almost seems intentional. Tiny servings of things going to people who will hardly interact with you because they ordered ahead. To double down, I ask for double chicken and it's completely absent. Thanks for charging me $16 for some rice with salsa.

The fajita veggies included unchewable onion skins. The rice was not cooked and still 80–90% hard. The sofritas smelled and tasted like plastic had literally been melted in the batch. Customer service has been difficult to contact, slow to respond, and has taken no action.
UPDATE: Owner replied to this review asking me to contact them through a webform I have already used (and was ignored by). I’ve updated my review to reflect 1 star for service.

I’m traveling from ma and stopped by to get some dinner . Let me tell you that this chipotle is no good. I have a brother with down syndrome and he walked in and the girl up front working the cashier laughed at him when he walking away to use the bathroom. Honestly disgusting

We arrived at 9:55pm and on the door, it stated they were open until 11. When we walked in, the staff was incredibly rude to us until the second we left. Turns out that they close at 10, according to Google. We didnt google the closing time prior to arriving, we just assumed the times on the door were correct. HOWEVER, showing up 5 minutes before closing is no excuse for how we were treated. They rushed us through ordering, didnt pay enough attention to what we were saying and screwed up our order right in front of us. When they were told it was wrong, they rolled their eyes and heavily sighed as if it was our fault. While we were ordering, an employee walked up and interrupted our ordering to tell us they locked a door so we would have to use a different one. The entire experience was awful, and for a business that just opened 2 weeks ago, I cant imagine they'll stay in business with that kind of customer care. I wish I could give zero stars for a review, but I cant so they got 1. We already drive one town over for a better Chipotle than one closer to us, but are in chardon daily and were excited to have one there. But the convenience isn't worth the terrible way we were treated

This used to be a good location. The past few times that I've gone the quality has been lacking, and both my partner and I got sick from the food the last time we came here. I'll be frequenting other locations in the area now, and I look forward to the new location opening in Chardon.

Last two times the food has been way under par. First time they didn't have any meat. So, the portion was a third of what it typically would be.

Everytime I come to this place I get disappointed
The line is just really messy. Obviously very short staffed. My burrito was torn open and poorly wrapped. No ice, trash at the drink station. It's just poor conditions and I know it's not the workers fault. Get your corporate office people in your restaurants and let them see what it's like. Come on Chipotle
