We arrived at 9:55pm and on the door, it stated they were open until 11. When we walked in, the staff was incredibly rude to us until the second we left. Turns out that they close at 10, according to Google. We didnt google the closing time prior to arriving, we just assumed the times on the door were correct. HOWEVER, showing up 5 minutes before closing is no excuse for how we were treated. They rushed us through ordering, didnt pay enough attention to what we were saying and screwed up our order right in front of us. When they were told it was wrong, they rolled their eyes and heavily sighed as if it was our fault. While we were ordering, an employee walked up and interrupted our ordering to tell us they locked a door so we would have to use a different one. The entire experience was awful, and for a business that just opened 2 weeks ago, I cant imagine they'll stay in business with that kind of customer care. I wish I could give zero stars for a review, but I cant so they got 1. We already drive one town over for a better Chipotle than one closer to us, but are in chardon daily and were excited to have one there. But the convenience isn't worth the terrible way we were treated

This used to be a good location. The past few times that I've gone the quality has been lacking, and both my partner and I got sick from the food the last time we came here. I'll be frequenting other locations in the area now, and I look forward to the new location opening in Chardon.

The line is just really messy. Obviously very short staffed. My burrito was torn open and poorly wrapped. No ice, trash at the drink station. It's just poor conditions and I know it's not the workers fault. Get your corporate office people in your restaurants and let them see what it's like. Come on Chipotle

So disappointed, went for lunch at noon on a Saturday. They were out of tacos so I get the bowl. Instead of doing their jobs, a young man and woman were flirting with each other asking what’s she was doing tonight. Which caused the line to back up as he had to go get a new container of sour cream and cheese. Then I asked for two large bags of chips… go figure “we are out of them” when I could clearly see a tub full of chips on the counter by the drive through. Of course it couldn’t end there though. They were out of the lemonade by the fountain drinks. I asked for one out of the fridge when I realized they were pretty much out of everything. He said “I might have some in the back”. He did surprisingly, set them down and rang me out. I grab them on the way out, they were WARM and sticky. Who the heck wants a warm lemonade. It was the worst experience I’ve had in ages. I’ll drive to Ashtabula before I’d ever go to Chardon again. I’m planning on calling the manager, they can’t fix the problem if they don’t know they have one.

Waited in chipotlane for 30 minutes, got the wrong order, and was yelled at by staff. Asked to speak to manager and a woman (not the manager) with an attitude came to the window and did not address any of my concerns. 0 stars, will not be coming back to this location ever again.

Plan to wait an hour or more. Ordered online, pick up time was 6:10pm, in line at 6:05pm, finally handed food at 8:05pm. Chips were stale and they forgot the queso. Also, the front doors were locked so you can't go inside. Avoid this place like the plague... if I could give '0' stars I absolutely would.

Cold burrito bowl. Stale chips. Sloppy packing. Smaller than usual portions. 15 minutes later than promised. Food mislabeled. Missing item in order (checked before pulling away, and it was fixed)
Any one of these things would be a mistake, together it is a catastrophe.

Was out of chips told us after we ordered 2 cups of queso for chips . Was out of alot of things we wanted in our bowls .
Go to another Chipotle. They forgot the chicken in my children's chicken quesadilla. My burrito was steak not chicken when I ordered chicken. My wife's burrito bowl has not meat in it, and they charged me for a chicken bowl when we never ordered it. They told me to come in for a refund. They argued with me that they would not refund me my kids food because it was the same price. So I was only refunded the chicken bowl, and they never said sorry for messing out order up. What a joke.
HORRIBLE! I ordered pickup from their app amd my order was messed up!! I ordered a crunchy STEAK taco and the gave me a nasty, soggy, soft BARBACOA taco! tried to register a complaint on the app - you can get NO help from the virtual assistant - all it does is offer you a FREE DRINK! I don’t want a free drink. I don’t even get my drinks from there. I want you to replace my TACO. It’s ridiculous. I am entirely fed up with them!! This is not the first time my order has been screwed up!

Last time I went they were out of fajita. Vegetables. Just left on a second trip after I was told no rice for 10 more minutes. And the music was obnoxious and loud.
