There’s been two times now where they are out of multiple ingredients with multiple hours left before closing (7-8pm range). The staff also makes little efforts to remediate this. Otherwise good experiences here. They should really give a little more effort here though.
Was very disappointed with a chipotle in concord. we've been trying to build it up not bring it down by low grade establishments such as this. They have such higher standards than this from what I understand it's from a bad manager. Do not get me wrong in the food was great even though they were out of chips, later was fixed by corporate.. waiting in line and there was an announcement made that they were no longer taking in store orders because they had to focus on online orders! smh. went outside and ordered online. I know they skimp on online orders and I'm not thrilled about not watching them make my food. I see no reason why they had to stop taking in person orders in favor of the online and drive thru orders. it's dinnertime, they should be prepared for a rush.
