Food is mostly good, but the last quite a few times I’ve done an order for pickup it’s been missing items. It’s usually always guac, sometimes more though. The night shift employees always seem annoyed when I walk in to get my missing items, as if it were my fault. The day time employees have always been wonderful though. Im so tired of this happening. I live less than a mile away from this location, but will be taking my business to Concord or Mentor.

The food seems like it's been sitting in the steam table too long. The portions are smaller and smaller and the quality of the food has really gone downhill.

I ordered 2 bowls a couple days ago and I I asked for extra white rice and got a dusting of rice. I also ordered couple chicken and only got like 8 pieces of chicken. I will be calling the corporate number to complain. As the chicken was undercooked and the rice was not thoroughly cooked. You all better get with the program here. I paid over $50 ordering through the chipotle app only to get crumbs of food. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or fear of giving the desired amount not sure. But I will be contacting corporate for your location. I would like a full refund or some way to make this right. I will no longer be eating at this chipotle location. And I will be telling everyone I know to not eat here.

Pick up order had food missing and was sloppy. My child's kids meal did not have the sides we ordered. Not sure how forget as there are literally spaces for each side. Hard to imagine no one noticed those were empty.

I gave a two star rating because this lady put my rice in the bowl when I asked for it on the side and she heard me to she went to go grab the little container but then switched her mind and put the rice in the bowl. She gave me a quarter of a spoon of chicken, and overall was rude and disrespectful. This worker also works on Thursday so now I know not to go here on Thursday.

Vegetarian options: Their main vegan protein usually runs out by dinner time.
Honestly insane how i get halfway through the chicken bowl and there’s no chicken left… raise the prices lower the portions corporate greed at it’s finest… here give us 15$ and fill up on rice and beans 😂🤣 what a joke

I haven't ordered chipotle in painesville for awhile because they would always mess up my order, but today I decided to order and can't say to my surprise because same old crap. I ordered a chicken bowl and bowl was half full and mind u I put everything in it I ordered a steak bowl and there was less food in that I also ordered a bag of chips and there were literally 10 chips in the bag I was able to grab all out of the bag with one hand if I could give this place zero stars I would. not worth my hard earned money will keep going to MOES
