I had a disappointing dinner experience with my family at this restaurant. The manager used inappropriate language and reprimanded my children for disposing of trash incorrectly. The klitchen was also found to be very dirty. Plus other girls that work in the kitchen talking nasty stuff

I've been avoiding Chipotle in Painesville purely due to the reviews here on Google, but we're surrounded by so many unhealthy fast food options that I decided to give it a try. The ordering experience online was super easy. The food was ready when I arrived, and the food was pretty dang good for under $11.

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but has yet to improve from always being out of items constantly like rice, meats,veggies , utensils etc. to having bad staff. I truly think this is the worst location in lake county I’ll travel farther to just go else wherever because it’s just waste of time, money and fuel to go to this location.

Missing chips, cold food, missing ingredients from my bowl. The DoorDasher has to ask it be remade because it was leaking.
I will never eat at this location again I’ve had bad experiences previously but tried it one more time. Will be the last.

This is probably the worst food I have ever gotten from a Chipotle. The food is ice cold. It is almost like it was yesterday's steak. Paid for extra steak. And they gave me what looks to be, half a scoop. My order was placed online. Do not go here!!!!

Update****

Last visit we found the peel of a red onion in our chips and the stem of an avocado in our guacamole.

I hesitate whenever we want Chipotle to visit this location and it doesn't seem to get any better.

I’m 0/2 on this location. $9 for a burrito bowl with five pieces of chicken and undercooked, grainy rice. I’ll never come back - there’s too much good Mexican food in Painesville to settle for this!

This Chipotle is awful, completely unprofessional and has no sense for customer service. Ordered online through the Chipotle app for delivery, and when you do that you pay digital service fees, delivery fees and a tip for the driver. It comes out to about $8 more plus the elevated price per entree. I’m all good with that. However, the food that was delivered was wrong (someone else’s order). Chipotle doesn’t allow you to call a customer service number (smart…), so everything has to be communicated through the app (which never works properly), so I had to drive to the location to explain the issues.

I was immediately met with attitude from the employees even though all I wanted was my food made correctly and a refund for the digital service, delivery and tip for the driver. I was asked to throw away the food I brought back myself; which I did. I was told that I can’t get refunded any of those fees and that the drivers tip was ā€œmy decisionā€ (so you shouldn’t tip your driver?). The ā€œmanagerā€ doesn’t know anything about customer service and both her and the employees make you feel like you’re in the wrong.

I was given a ā€œfree chips and quesoā€ card, even though the ā€œmanagerā€ said it was a free entree. What a joke. Never ordering from Chipotle again. What a trash organization.
