Stopped by Dunkinā in Painesville for a quick coffee and breakfast run. My coffee was classic Dunkināāsmooth and familiar, a good pickāmeāup to start the day. The menu has plenty of options with donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and espresso drinks if you want something more than just coffee. ļæ¼
The experience overall was mixed. Some visits had friendly staff and correct orders, but there are a few times where service felt slow or orders werenāt quite rightāso it can vary depending on timing. ļæ¼
Good spot for a quick, casual Dunkinā stop, though your experience might depend on staff and rushāhour crowds.

I walked into place a simple order. the individual behind the counter looked at me didnāt say anything. So I continue to wait, she then looked at me aging and said someone will be with you. I smiled. then someone came from the back of the store holding a cup to had to the customer in the drive up. the same individual from earlier walks back up to the counter and said are you ready. I was confused yet just happy someone could take this major order lol. I purchased four doughnuts two old fashion, two chocolate glazed donuts. only to discover the two old fashion doughnuts were ROCK HARD. I couldnāt return them because my time was very limiting. The product should be fresh since its 1pm Over all the level of customer service is utterly unacceptable.

If I could give no stars, I would! This is the WORST Dunkinā Donuts Iāve ever been to!!! I used Door Dash and my order was drenched from coffee and never received one of my sandwiches. When I called the store the person on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. He told me the bag wasnāt wet when the dasher picked it up and he couldnāt do anything for me right now. He told me if I wanted a replacement I would have to go into the store the following day and talk with the manager and then he HUNG UP ON ME! Disgusting and despicable!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN!!!

I ordered a hot latte, and there was no espresso. Which, you know, crap happens. But the person who was at the window did not utter one word to me when I pulled up. So, between not getting a really easy drink made correctly, the guy serving does as little as humanly possible, and I lost money. Every time I come here, the experience is worse and worse.

The bacon was delicious but they forgot my fried egg and it took about 5 minutes for this sandwich.

Don't pay cash here. Is it a mandatory $10 tip for each order? I paid $15 and change on a $20 bill for one drink lol. No receipt so I'm out in the gutter - if they can't do basic math, I expect to have a better argument with a bag of oranges. 7 years ago was the last time I visited and I'm not going back, thanks for the lesson though.

This dunkin is the worst dunkin donuts around. I swear they are going to poison people. My coffee tasted like chemicals one day bc they used water used to clean the machine!! I was pissed. Couldn't complain bc they never answer their phone. Food is horrible, people are horrible.

Wife and I got an iced coffee and a signature latte. Both were very bad compared to the quality we get from our usual Dunkin location in Willoughby. Wife said her sandwich was fine.

Nice Staff of this Dunkin' / Baskin Robbins combo. Mostly hard seats if you're staying. 3 nice padded ones in the corner. Problems with equipment in the way š using the washroom. Good coffee ā and š© donuts! Overall a positive experience and we will patronize this establishment again! š
