ordered the 3 new donuts on the app, which said were available at this location, was given my other stuff with no donuts. went back inside where they stated they didn’t give me anything because they didn’t have that kind….. so I paid for air basically. they were incredibly rude, either change the options on the app like every other location or replace the food. i’ll stick to other locations.

Don't come to this location they're always out of donuts even when you put in the order in hours in advance they'll take your money and then you drive up there to go pick up your donuts or your food and they say, oh, hey, we don't have it and then you had to refund it.They won't even inform you that they don't have the stuff that you're asking for it's just a bad location might as well, just shut it down

This Dunkin' Donuts was pretty good for a typical Dunkin' Donuts. Coffee was good and the donuts were fresh. Also picked up a sandwich and it was very tasty.

Do not ever support this business. The food is horrible. The manager Sheetal is extremely unprofessional and rude. We receive an order that was anwful and made incorrect. We were told everything would be remade. Only to get there and have her argue with us for throwing away hard donuts. They never told us to keep them. She said had we brought them back the following morning she would have resold them. I could have thrown up thinking maybe I’ve eaten returned donuts. They are independently owned and operated so of course she feels she can do as she wants. I will never support this place again.

I wouldn't give this place a 1 star review. This is the worst Dunkin' in lake county. Ever time I go here my order it messed up. Half the time my coffee tastes black or just isn't made right. When I ask for a remake the owners tell I have to pay for it. If you want coffee from Dunkin this is definitely not the location to go to.

Walked in 3 people behind the counter and I was the only customer. The man said, be with you in one second. Then he proceeded to get himself a donut, sat down at a table and ate his donut while he got on his phone. I didn’t say anything and just left. I was there a total of 9 minutes.

I’ve been coming here for probably about 8 years everyday at the least TWICE a day. I get a large caramel iced coffee double double and cold foam. simple. the amount of money i’ve wasted on coffees being wrong or tasting completely black is truly beyond me. I had asked for a refund on 3 coffees, THE OWNER came with the coffees that i didn’t want and was completely rude, would rather argue instead of hear as to why i’m getting refunded for 3 coffees and was told to not come back after receiving my refund. She specifically treats employees and customers like absolute garbage. Will not be returning.
