i’m not sure where to start. if there was a way to rate this dunkin zero stars, it would be even lower. Let’s start easy here…. First off, the workers can’t follow a simple order. You ask for carmel in your coffee, you get french vanilla. (this has happened plenty of times) Next, I am not sure why they’re in such a rush. By the time you get up to the window the card reader is already out the window. By that time, you’re putting your card away, and the coffee is already out of the window. There is no welcoming sense there. No one knows how to say hello, have a good day, or is there anything else I can get for you. Very rude and rushed. They also do not know how to give back the correct change, or the change AT ALL? On the other hand, the owner herself is a very rude individual, i’m not really sure how she’s able to own the place. There is quite a bit that needs to be changed. Not a good dunkin to attend.

I literally got 5 hashbrown that were soggy mush the mini cream cheese everything bagel was under cooked dough bites absolutely terrible and the parking lot is in terrible condition how is this place open

Dunkin is awful lol. The coffee is bitter, the donuts are not good and they always make your coffee wrong. I only stopped because we were traveling and I had a gift card. I got the butter pecan frozen coffee because it was 90 degrees out. It was a drink lol.

really great place my son ordered a chocolate doughnut and the guy gave us an extra one. energy drinks was good tried the new artic cherry and got some bagel minis

Honestly I hate leaving reviews like this but something needs to give. It just seems like nobody cares or knows what they’re doing at this location. I drink chai tea basically every day and every time I come here it’s disappointing. It will either taste like nothing or it will taste like watered down espresso. That said the food often isn’t very good either. They’re the only coffee place really around painesville and I think they take advantage of that to half ass stuff and cut corners whenever possible.

ordered the 3 new donuts on the app, which said were available at this location, was given my other stuff with no donuts. went back inside where they stated they didn’t give me anything because they didn’t have that kind….. so I paid for air basically. they were incredibly rude, either change the options on the app like every other location or replace the food. i’ll stick to other locations.

Don't come to this location they're always out of donuts even when you put in the order in hours in advance they'll take your money and then you drive up there to go pick up your donuts or your food and they say, oh, hey, we don't have it and then you had to refund it.They won't even inform you that they don't have the stuff that you're asking for it's just a bad location might as well, just shut it down
