Something has changed at this location. I'm not sure if it is ownership or management. Orders are just not correct lately and they use these awful paper cups that break apart, let alone the cup holder they give you is a waste, as everything falls out of it and makes a mess. Complete waste of money lately. It's really NOT that hard to make a concrete correctly....

Custard was so soupy like that we could have eaten it with a straw. Called an manager said she was sorry but didn’t offer to really do anything. Last time I’m going there !

I was in dire need of a phone charger and the employees helped me by allowing me to charge my phone with a charger that was on hand I don't know that sweet girls name but I really appreciate it you went above and beyond to help me and I am forever

First time ever going and most likely last time ever going. Pulled up to the window and the girl had attitude right away. My wife was graving a root beer float and I got the buckeye concrete.The root beer float was just straight root beer. No ice cream what so ever. Very disappointed!And the buckeye wasn’t great either.

100% do not support east coast anymore. I used to come ever week at least once a week and there was a time where I was coming 3 to 4 times a week Today I got what I always get regular chocolate cookie dough plus Oreos concrete total was $7.45 fine whatever then I got it and the size was so much smaller then what I normal get. I questioned both the girls working and even asked if they down size there cups and they told me no that's the size it's always been. I'm not stupid and I'm not paying $7.45 for nothing. I work way to hard for my money and so do you don't waste your money on a place that rips you off.
Our favorite place to go for ice cream. Every flavor is a good flavor.

Love this place. Every time I come to Ohio I visit here as often as I can.Their custard is the BEST and they are so accommodating. I wish we had one in S Carolina.I even ordered my Mother an ice cream cake for her to share at the assisted living home she is in.♥️♥️♥️

Absolutely the best custard I've ever had. I love every flavor I've tried but the strawberry was my fave so far. I think we go at least once a week. My 2 year old gets so excited and asks for the "white one". The wait has never been too long and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I blame my girlfriend for my addiction to this place. My vice used to be savory snacks, but I've somehow become an ice cream lover because of here. While I always feel bad for the high schoolers dealing with the crotchety folks of Painesville, they do a good job. The cookie monster concrete is worth my tongue turning blue and the buckeye concrete is the perfect mix of salty and sweet.
