I finally visited Gartmans for the first time. What a gem! We felt warmly welcomed in by the staff. ❤️ The selection of freshly baked delicious goods was larger than expected. We chose a maple and a chocolate cream stick. So good!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!

We had a cake and cookies made for my daughter and son in law’s baby shower. They were both done perfectly. The cake was beautifully decorated and adorable. The cookies were perfect and both were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a local bakery.

Nice little downtown bakery in Painesville. Close to Lifeline and DHS downtown. 💵 Dollar donuts 🍩 are yummy. Staff is personable and helpful! Like this little to go donut shop. We'll be back! 😎 Yum!
Small and cute. Friendly staff. Horrible tasting . The food was terrible. I got a loaf of sourdough bread. Got home 20 minutes later only to find out it has mold all over the top of it. Fuzzy Mold. The poppy seed roll was extremely bitter. Inedible. the klotchky had generic filling not real fruit. Not even jam or jelly just the kind of filling you would add to a pie. Just gelatinous goo … And covered in sugar. Like a tablespoon of sugar coated on the outside of each cookie. And the dough was extremely thick and dry. The donuts were OK. First time and last time. We will never go back. Just awful food.

Yesterday I stopped in for the first time. Purchased cherry and blueberry muffins. The blueberry muffin was fresh and delicious. However, the cherry muffins were dry - not fresh tasting. Unfortunately, my first and last visit. Disappointed!

I was in your donut shop this morning and I don't feel that that lady is at the counter is very friendly she wasn't very helpful at all I had an encounter with another customer but over her because she's saying that I was not very nice but I think I was very nice I just don't feel like I should have been treated the way I was when I was in your establishment she 0ver charge me on my order I been in here. Before and this same lady older blond hair didn't look like she wanted to be there I did not have a good impression of her sorry but if I was out of line I sorry but she never. Very to accommodating to my me as. A customer I always refer this Bakery to everyone that ask about a good bakery !plus after I got home I still figure she short change me another dollar I will consider that her top even tho she did not serve it sorry I was a inconvenience to your staff!
