Very disappointed. Just bought a sheet bbq chicken pizza for my work crew and it will be the last time. Barely and bbq sauce and chicken on it, very dry and looked like it was a week old.. we gave the Glenda's a lot of business too. Unacceptable

Every time we order from here. Something is wrong or missing, every single time. They clearly don't check the ticket when making the food or handing it out. If you do order from here, check your order before you leave. I has to show them the receipt I had for my order to show proof that I was missing 2 items that I had already paid for.
There are limited options in our area so unfortunately we try to give them another shot thinking "they've had to have figured this out by now" every once in a while, but have yet to be surprised with a correct order.

Sub was good. Taco pizza didn't have many ingredients at all. Very bland. Needs more toppings like most taco pizzas have. Especially for the price. Definitely will be getting elsewhere in the future

I called to get take-out and the girl who answered the phone gave me a big attitude because I asked for a Hawaiian pizza. Her response was very unkind and unprofessional saying “I make the menus online and it’s not on the menu” while I’m looking at the menu ordering off of my phone. She had a serious attitude problem so I didn’t even go. Not the kind of people I want to spend my money with.

2 months ago, my order was lost. I waited 40 minutes for it to be remade. Haven’t been back since.Tonight, A salad was missing and after calling they offered a credit. Then calzone time, ordered 2 very different ones. Both were cheese and pepperoni aside the stark difference in the original order.When I arrived, I had to shout hello for about 3 minutes after arriving because there was no one there. I get staffing issues, but keep your eyes on the door. She was very crass in offering me a credit to use within 7 days for the salad that was missing on the first call, then after seeing the issue with the calzone on the 2nd call, and the sass spoken to me about a new girl, don’t come at me with “first thing she was new”..FIRST THING is that is not a way to open a convo about your shortfall in order verification of a new hire. You’ve been there a while and should know better. Plus, don’t throw her under the bus, she is new after all, it’s your fault sweetie.You’re better to go into Park Road and dine in, I’ve never had an issue. The Glenda’s attached is now a 2 time consecutive let down.Delivery (the one time I’ve ordered, was great!) but 2 times carry out and 2 times massive mistakes…it’s a no for me ?

The staff is all very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I felt like the pizza could have had a few more toppings on it as some spots was a little bare but all in all, im definitely going to try these guys

If you are ordering food, it's great. And the service for pickup is good. I have been getting pizza here for 10 years.On the other hand, if you want to eat in at the dining area / bar, the service is absolutely terrible.They get 5 stars because the pizza is amazing. ?
Crazy. It was valentines day 2024 . And they only had one waitress. Crazy took for ever to get food . And never came back to ask if we needed anything or it everything OK. So stupid one waitress for the whole dinning area .

Had not ordered in a while, now I know why. Ordered a seafood wrap and it was loaded with bacon which I do not like and don't recall it ever being in there before. Someone else had ordered one as well so I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for the food. Ordered the southwest chicken sandwich for my husband, it was basically burned and no sauce at all. I also asked for onion rings instead of fries and when I got it home, discovered that there were only very cold fries in both meals. Very disappointing and will not be back.
