Worst kfc ever don’t even bother going. All the team members are to busy playing around and talking and not even working. They never have chicken apparently and they are rude as ever and had the nerve to cuss my wife out for no reason. Terrible customer service! It’s a miracle the restaurant is even still in business! Zero stars!
Update: filed a complaint on the website and the so called manager called me and cussed me out and says I’m racist and not to come back to their store! That’s how your complaint is handled. They don’t care and there is zero customer service whatsoever and absolutely no professionalism about them.

Drive thru was a 10 min wait. Got my order wrong. The lady was on the phone the whole time. After reading all the reviews, I'm surprised this place is still in business. Sign on the window drive thru window says, if we mess up, we will fix it. Just bring back food and receipt well, didn't get a receipt, and im not on lunch anymore. I called and got no answer.. do not go here on your lunch break.

Mobile order. Had to go in to pick up the food. The chicken was the worst! The pieces were so tiny! Thought I picked a thigh, but it was a breast. So small. The chicken was hard and dry. Very disappointed.

Wasn’t given my proper order when I called to speak in regards to it I was miss gendered. I explained that I was miss gendered. It was denied extremely rude customer service disrespectful, and the person claimed that they were a minor and told me that I couldn’t do anything anyways so if you are LGBT at all, I strongly advise staying as far away from this worthless business as you possibly can because they do not respect anybody’s pronouns

Service was fast because the chicken was already done I mean well-done , the corn the cole slaw the Mac and cheese were really dry and it's no wonder it was $20 special - my thing is they gave me every old dried up food they had on purpose and knew it because my theory is If I wouldn't serve it to myself I certainly wouldn't to customers but that didn't phase these KFC crew, there very nice people but they probably weren't trained right so it's not them it's there freaking managers.
Never got a chance to order. I got yelled at for an employee for attempting to wash my hands in the bathroom. Apparently none of the restrooms work. Cleanliness must not a priority what so ever if that is the case. So maybe the employees take a dump in the kitchen and then don't wash their hands after? Not sure but that's the conclusion I made. Walked out and went to Chipotle down the street. I would suggest you do the same.

It smells in the restaurant like excrement. The entire place is trashed with random garbage and non cleaned floors like black shoe marks. The lights are flashing on the inside of the restaurant. The employees are very friendly tho and apologetic.

Sat in the drive through and was told to pull up and wait so they would run my food out and never did, waited 10 minutes than went inside and got my food. When we got home the chicken and biscuits were rock hard and my children couldn’t even bite into the tenders. Very disappointed because when we called she basically said Oh Well. $55 to feed my family and they didn’t even get fed. Thanks KFC

dont even want to give 1 star, prices are insanity high, me and my friend ordered a meal of mixed white and dark meat and 2 sides, got our food and sat down on a dirty table, they gave us all dark meat, there was no plastic spoons or forks to eat with so We waited for a long time to get someone's attention as they messed around talking to eachother, had 2 employees look right at me and ignored me. ended up just leaveing, miss the old kfc 2 years ago where you are treated decently, never going here again
