Definitely the best taco’s in Lake County! It’s easy to drive by and not notice this restaurant but definitely worth stopping here for truly authentic Mexican food. Before I went here, I was looking for some Mexican food near me and read the positive reviews so I thought I’d give La Cocina de Mama a try. Fresh and delicious is the best description. Worth a visit!

The food was wonderful. The environment could have been cleaner. Like the tables to be wiped down. That’s the only reason I’m rating it a 4 rather than 5. We went around 8pm on a weekend, and it was still a steady busy. We sat in the patio.

10-09-2021. We had the tacos ? and they were amazing! The beef tacos were flavorful and moist. We also had the bistec tacos the meat was tender and they were also flavorful. Tortillias were excellent. They are portioned very well. We cannot say enough good about them. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!
Great place ! Was driving by and looked authentic and I tried one of each of the meats (3) for the tacos! Fresh - delicious- quick and reasonably priced! I’ll be back! Looks like they had just outdoor service-but that was fine with me! Highly recommend !
