ANOTHER UPDATE: after waiting 20 minutes, the pizza wasn't even cut.
WASN'T. EVEN. CUT. wtf.
"hot and ready" is a joke.
Try "Hot and Ready... To wait 20 minutes for a pizza.
I get one or two times on a slow night that there's no hot and ready pizzas. It's just when it's the 5th 6th 7th or 8th visit that it becomes a habit that there's nothing HOT. AND. READY.
