I know what I’m getting myself into ordering little ceasers, usually sucks. But this place was hands down the best little ceasers I’ve had.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and pepperoni puffs and I've been waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes. I was told they didn't cook the puffs right and they had to remake them, so now my pizza isnt going to be fresh by the time I get home.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with 2 orders of crazy bread and it took 30 mins for me to get it. 5 people got their orders before me and their excuse was “It was a mess up.” It was stupidity all around.

They did a horrible job at making sure the pizza was fresh. I had to go back to the store to get a new one. The customer service is trash, the short blonde always has an attitude, poor customer service. And they don’t greet you when you walk in, you have to stand for at least a minute or two until someone comes from the back.

Went in about 20 minutes before closing wanted a simple hot and ready pizza they had a few ready the only issue is I stood for about 10 minutes while every single person that had currently been working all looked me in the eyes but not a single person came up to the front desk had my pop ready wanted the pizza was about to pay and leave but I ended up not getting a thing
This place has been going downhill for the last year and this is the final straw I don't know how each and every single worker can look me in the eye acknowledge my existence and then just not give me any help whatsoever they weren't busy the one girl was on her phone and the other guy was leaning against the desk on his phone this is pure laziness through and through
Love the pizza but I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service from the night manager on 4/25.

Called before we even came got out on hold, and just sat there for 10 mins. Decided to just go, sat there for 15 mins after we ordered watching other ppl order literally the same things as us, and getting it right away as we’re still sitting there. Not wearing any hair net as they both have long hair. Just all in general disgusting

Showed up and just ordered a deep dish supreme with crazy bread. Told it would be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes went back in the store and my pizza wasn't even being prepared. As soon as the so called manager saw me he started to make my pizza. I ask if there's any anything they could do for th delay on my Order. And the male manager looked at the female manager and said you deal with it. Did not receive any discounts or any added incentives for the inconvenience of waiting for an order that was told 10 minutes, which took 35 minutes. Bad management if you ask me.Hire people that want to take care of their customers.
