They did a horrible job at making sure the pizza was fresh. I had to go back to the store to get a new one. The customer service is trash, the short blonde always has an attitude, poor customer service. And they don’t greet you when you walk in, you have to stand for at least a minute or two until someone comes from the back.

Went in about 20 minutes before closing wanted a simple hot and ready pizza they had a few ready the only issue is I stood for about 10 minutes while every single person that had currently been working all looked me in the eyes but not a single person came up to the front desk had my pop ready wanted the pizza was about to pay and leave but I ended up not getting a thing
This place has been going downhill for the last year and this is the final straw I don't know how each and every single worker can look me in the eye acknowledge my existence and then just not give me any help whatsoever they weren't busy the one girl was on her phone and the other guy was leaning against the desk on his phone this is pure laziness through and through
Only come here if you want to get ignored...

Called before we even came got out on hold, and just sat there for 10 mins. Decided to just go, sat there for 15 mins after we ordered watching other ppl order literally the same things as us, and getting it right away as we’re still sitting there. Not wearing any hair net as they both have long hair. Just all in general disgusting

Showed up and just ordered a deep dish supreme with crazy bread. Told it would be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes went back in the store and my pizza wasn't even being prepared. As soon as the so called manager saw me he started to make my pizza. I ask if there's any anything they could do for th delay on my Order. And the male manager looked at the female manager and said you deal with it. Did not receive any discounts or any added incentives for the inconvenience of waiting for an order that was told 10 minutes, which took 35 minutes. Bad management if you ask me.Hire people that want to take care of their customers.

When walking in at 7:25 before being greeted i was told they were closing soon. I ordered and was told 15min. Then the young man working behind the counter walks to the back and states he shouldn't sell any more pizzas. The next customer walks in behind me and he says the same thing to them. He then was making exasperated noises of annoyance with the customers that kept coming in. He then says to the man in the back. Sorry I shouldn't let them in here... Are you serious? This place is open for business.... and this kid does not wanna work. Seriously wow

This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this location. I've given them several tries and even confronted what I assume is the manager. The quality and lack of care of their products is absurd and disappointing. They never have enough cheese on them, even when I paid extra for extra cheese, I could still see the sauce and crust through the cheese. It's very dry and often seems like a lack of caring, they just throw it together as cheaply as possible and that's it. If you are going to go to a little Ceasars, I recommend the one in Eastlake on vine street, they will actually take care of you and give you a good proportion of toppings requested. Do not go to the painesville little Ceasars, it's a waste of your money and time. The pictured pizza is a supreme with extra cheese (supposedly) from the painesville location.

I really don't see the trouble of letting people take the leftovers to hand out to the homeless it all goes to waste anyways. I worked for this company for 6 and a half years and never had a problem letting people do this. But to be rude to a customer for asking instead of it getting thrown away and telling them to go dig in the dumpster for it is unprofessional and not right. And I called like 45 minutes before close just to ask and be polite and I know how much stuff gets thrown away if it's not bought. And that costs the company even more money to replace and I just thought I would be nice and hand out to the homeless instead of it getting thrown away and wasted. If I could give it 0 star I would
