Last night we ordered 6 boneless wings the portion was a joke we also got a works pizza that needed at least 2 or 3 more minutes baking time. For $45 with delivery and tip very disappointing.

My family and I will only eat at this location when Zak is working. He is the only one who knows how we like our pizza made. We ordered a pizza the other night and it was dry and had air bubbles in it. Tonight we only ordered because Zak was there. The pizza was extra cheesy, the pepperoni wasn’t burnt and there wasn’t any air bubbles.!!!!! Oh and ““Zak adds a ton of garlic parmesan cheese on the crust””. Meant to take a picture but we ate before we got home!!! #sorrynotsorry #zak #bestpizzaever

Put a complaint about a pizza that was totally made wrong and the manager that was Disrespectful when I brought it back from September 8th . District manager was supposed to get back to me ,and still havent!!!! What kind of customer service do they have at Marcos? I was told someone( a district Manager) would get back to me. Still no one has ever gotten back to me...So disrespectful,,.
Ordered large extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Didn't get extra cheese and the cheese that was on it was burnt.

When ever my wife and I decide last minute to get pizza. It’s always Marco’s. I always order online since the site is super easy to navigate and I know they are probably slammed! I have never had a bad experience with customer service or the food. They get slammed on Friday and Saturday nights. So take that into consideration a when ordering. And be kind if your order is taking a bit. They are working their A**** off back there.
