Marco’s pizza is excellent! Make sure you download the app because they have such good deals on there. We are craving some simple, cost-effective hand-tossed pies. Marco is one of our go-to.
Painesville is on my cleaning route, twice a month for the last 2 years. Along with Chardon and Willoughby. We will usually wait until we are close enough to order from Marcos. Every order has been hot,delicious and worth my money! I'm not a review writer but this place deserves to be recognized because it is the only place that is consistent on the product and service!

This place is great with how accurate and fresh the food is! This is my son's favorite out of the pizza chains especially the painesville location. I'll take marcos over pizza hut or dominos anyday.

Poor customer service. I specifically left my cellphone number so that the driver could call upon arrival. Which they did not. Driver stated they called which I never received the call or food. Food was left at front desk and given to wrong person so I am out of the food I ordered. Manager is rude so I couldn’t get the order resolved. He just rushed me off the phone and told me that it’s at the desk it’s nothing else I can tell you. I don’t understand why a simple phone call to my cell could not be made.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carryout & when we got there it was out for delivery. Waited over 15 minutes for delivery man to return and was charged full price for semi warm pizzas.

ur first time trying their pizza. We got a coupon in the mail and decided, why not? We ordered a medium Deluxe. When I picked up the pizza, I told the cashier that this was our first time to try their pizza. There was a gentleman behind the counter standing nearby, and he smiled and looked at me and said, " We'll see you next week!" I love that kind of confidence! So now the verdict.... The crust is thick and it was cooked perfectly!! There were plenty of ingredients sprinkled over the crust. As for the sauce... it was yummy!! Not too sweet and just the right amount. So, kind gentleman that predicted that we would be back next week.. cya then!!!

The Marco's store in Painesville, OH never gives the customer copy receipt. If you ask for a receipt they give the merchant copy and not the customer copy so there isn't a chance to get a free cheesybread for taking a survey. I asked the store for a copy of my customer receipt and was told they stopped offering free cheesybread for completed surveys in October 2023. I think it's false advertising and unfair to give merchant copy receipts that have wording on the back stating if a survey is completed, a free cheesybread will be offered. Or maybe the manager of this store is telling employees to not give out the customer copy receipt to avoid giving free cheesybread? Either way, this should be corrected by using new receipt paper, or correcting the managers training. I love Marco's food, but this is disappointing as getting free cheesybread for a completed survey helps Marco's stand out.

Never had an issue always GREAT. Did contactless Tonight, pizza was outside main door instead of my apt. Went to grab pizza, box looked stepped on, front of box was open and pizza was out. I picked it up the rest of the pizza falls on the ground. I call let them know the situation, offered to buy another pizza which was no problem, manager says I'll send another one. Great customer service.
