Master Pizza Painesville

The third party delivery took over hour for delivery. I order through master pizza website. You can't change delivery tip if the service was not good. I did not realize I was ordering through third party until I scrolled down the master pizza website but the delivery link is on the top of the webpage.

I called in a pizza, salad, and cauliflower bites at 3 pm for a 5:30 pick up. The service was absolutely rude. My food wasn't done until 5:48 pm while my cauliflower bites just sat there getting cold for God know how long. When I asked why the one employee why she wasn't washing her hands going from the register, to food prepping , to cutting pizza.. I got completely ignored by everyone. This was beyond the rudest experience I have ever had. Not to top it off but ended up getting sick from the pizza. Shocker, right. Never again.

I visited today the pizza was great as usual and the staff was welcoming & friendly. I was disappointed that they no longer make the salad in house and have started using premixed bagged salad. The flavor from the chemicals to process and preserve the vegetables is overwhelming and gives a funny taste.

Little chilly, but Pizza HOT and amazing as ever.

Love this place fir Authentic pizza. My wife and I have enjoyed Master Pizza at this location for over 40 years. Crust, sausage, and sauce are unique and delicious!
