I ask for a hamburger and 2 quarter pounders and a 20 piece nugget’s and they forgot my hamburger so we asked if we can get one still and haven’t got my hamburger for like 10-20 minutes and we ask again they gave us a attitude and said that we were playing around and didn’t give us our cheeseburger

If I wanted a wig in my burger I would go to a wig store that was disgusting paying $12 for a burger for just to find mad hair in my food yall are disgusting were a hear net. NEVER AGAIN.

Big Mac came with wrong type of bun, my fries are genuinely rock solid and it cut my mouth. They also keep messing up the frozen drink sizes. They do great during the day but night shift is kind of lacking

The fries usually come out hot which is a bonus, each time I ask for ranch I have to make a u-turn because they almost typically forget. 1 ranch for 10 Nuggest, is stingy!

DONT PULL FORWARD 🫠 learn from my mistake waited 15 minutes in a parking space for two McChicken‘s a large fry and two smoothies didn’t even get the smoothies. Had to go inside to retrieve food.
Got told to wait in a parking spot for fresh fries waited 15 min had to go in and get my food and the frys were cold

Line was extremely long @ 1230am...power went out to half the town... I know they employees were doing their best to accommodate everyone! And for my order( when I finally got to the speaker) it was quick and served by polite people who were managing the whole rush/ situation very well.

This is the worst mcdonalds known to mankind, constantly wait over 15 minutes for food even though you order online. Last experience took over 20 minutes. Thank the lord I will never have to go to this place again. never go here go to the one on mentor ave. Took twenty minutes for one qtr pounder
