One drive thru lady is always irritable and they almost always mess up our order. Also their espresso maker is always broken. There's only one manager who is decent here, and it's a male. The rest are horrible that I've experienced.

no attention to detail! do not use the app, they will not help you! little guy on the phone told me “sorry for your loss!” but now i’m out $15. back in my day managers tried to make things right when a company makes a mistake. accidents happen, what matters is resolving issues so the customer doesn’t feel like their only recourse is complaining on google!

This is one of the worst run places I have ever seen in the world the general mgr is so worried about sales over cleaning and so of the staff is so awesome and that's the night staff the morning staff is not as good they are very rude and more worried about talking to each other than working this place is run like a social club have also put in multiple job applications here but they only hire people who are in their own social circle but the good note is that the manager at night Amber is so awesome and really does a great job when she is working and to the people who are judging the homeless people maybe if the city of Painesville do more to help the homeless people than always be harassing people and help them they wouldn't be there
Parking: There parking lot is not very handicap friendly and it is not maintenance for snow and ice always very slippery and unsafe for people to walk on the general mgr is to worried about the numbers that safety

Trash. Literally ordered my food without pickels and you gave me burgers with pickles on them even with the little sticker on the wrapper saying NO PICKLES!!. How hard is? Can you not read? Or is it the comprehending that's the problem? My bad it didn't have a little picture next to it to tell your stupid employees to not put pickles on my food.

Ordered a 6pc happy meal, got a 4 pc instead. Ordered a mcchicken with extra mayo, was extremely dry. Like they put less mayo on there out of spite. No bbq sauce for my nuggets.

This isn't fast food. Every time I come here there's a 15 minute wait. Poorly run mcdonald's, and the homeless drunks that hang out around the doors in summer dont make it any better.
Asked to pull up and wait from the drive thru every single time. Today, there was a parking lot full of 8-10 cars waiting for their order. I waited about 10 minutes. Most of the time they forget something in the order and I have to go back in, only to be ignored at the counter for another 5 minutes. This time they forgot the sauce.
