This McDonalds is horrible. On 8/4/2024 I went through the drive through and they sabotaged my food. Put black/burnt grill scrapings on a burger, didn't add a top bun on a Big Mac and mutilated a McDouble before wrapping it up. I tried to contact the store and it just rang busy. I filled out an online form and McD corp. contacted me but the store never followed up. I want my money back
the fourth time I ordered a double cheeseburger and they still haven't gave me the normal condiments on it... omg!!! just pickles and ketchup every time..

McDonald's serves good breakfast and has friendly staff. Although the service can be slow and the interior could be cleaner, the wait time is generally low and orders are mostly accurate. The restaurant offers sugar-free items, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions. There is one handicapped table with six movable padded stools that lack back support, which are the only soft seats available. On this visit, a customer experienced issues with their kiosk order, as it did not provide a receipt, requiring them to ask the manager for one. However, a special order, the Filet-O-Fish, came out exactly as requested, and the fries were hot. Unfortunately, there was no ketchup available for customers, and some tables and counters needed cleaning.
Despite some complaints, many customers have praised the staff, especially an employee named Trevor, for his amazing customer service skills and genuine personality. Overall, McDonald's remains a comfortable and reliable choice, with some locations standing out for their excellent management, although there have been instances of incorrect orders, like a Big Mac meal that did not meet expectations.
