Food is always old/cold. They package it sloppy and nothing looks presentable. When you complain they just give you more cold old food. If it’s a slow day you will get the food that has been sitting all day. The guy at the drive thru is so unpleasant he practically throws the food at you. I was rushed to get my drinks with no cup holder. 4 drinks no cup holder is insane. The service is so poor. Please find a good manager to run this place. McDonald’s is getting very expensive and paying $30-$40 for cold food and poor service is unacceptable

Went inside because the drive thru line was so long thinking I would get faster service. Placed my order in the kiosk making a nice Christmas donation to Ronald McDonald house, so glad I chose the pay cash option! Got my ticket and waited 10 minutes without a single person assisting me. Ended up walking out! Unbelievable bad service, when I left no cars were in the drive thru. What happened to my order? Left my ticket on the counter

This place deserves minus 5 stars.Wife and I stopped for dinner. We were the only ones in dining room. Took 11 minutes to get a big mac,10 nuggets,2 unsalted fries,2 drinks. They called our number instead of brining it out to table. Food was in a bag, she said they ran out of trays. Most of tables were dirty, the floor was littered. Back in kitchen, they were standing on piles of fries,straws and other garbage all over the floor being walked on. Workers were talking loud like yelling to each other.Disgusting to say the least. This place should be closed down. We chose to take our food home,since it was already in a bag.

my last 4 orders this mcdonald’s has messed them all up, and the funny thing is all i order is a couple ranch snack wraps, it’s either they give me the spicy ones or just the wrong amount of what I ordered. The workers here are lazy and can’t do their job right. it’s just funny at this point, it’s like they go out of their way to mess up easy orders😂

One handicapped table that has six separate movable padded stools with no back support. ☻ These are the only soft seats. The Kiosk I ordered on never did give me a receipt. I had to get one from the Manager. My special order Filet-O-Fish came out exactly as ordered. Fries came out hot. No ketchup out front for customers and the employees and manager hide in back so you can't beg for any. They had no order numbers at my kiosk, many of the tables and counters needed cleaned. Average McDonalds.

I have been to this location many times, and I was asking for a manager to speak about how amazing the employee Trevor was, turns out he is one!! Regardless, he is an amazing worker and has great customer service skills. You can see a genuine personality behind his work and he seriously deserves more than whatever he is paid! Seriously, he was just amazing…5 ⭐️ He needs to be appreciated for his hard work! As someone who has worked food service, it’s not easy to carry such a great attitude all the time, but he was just perfect… keep it up dude.
