Slowest McDonald's ever. Food is cold. Cheese isn't even melted. Nuggets are mini hockey pucks. And it takes forever for anyone to even acknowledge you. They see you and just ignore you.

They said there would be a 5 min wait on biscuits, and it was much longer than that. Then they got my order wrong after the extended wait. Went in to have them fix it and no apology for the longer wait or order screw up. This was at a time when only two other customers were there! Definitely not going back!

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Paid $5+ dollars for the sandwich. Got home, unwrapped it, and they forgot the sausage. All I got was a biscuit with egg and cheese…..one job… they had literally one job to do.

waited 30 minutes only to have the wrong order handed to me. waited another 10 minutes only for them to forget 2 idem’s and forget the sauce we ordered. we got the food, fries were cold as if they were sitting out for an hour. chicken sandwich tasted as if it wasn’t cooked all the way… and we didn’t get a refund… absolutely disgusting

was told they were unable to make the breakfast order I completed AND PAID FOR before 10:29. I waited in line behind 2 individuals and wasn’t able to get to the screen till 10:35. the woman in front of me ordered the same thing i ordered online. when I told them I already paid for it they told me to just cancel the order. complete waste of my time. fix your system.

I usually dont have any problems here, but today i ordered a big mac meal as i normally do, and i got the same configuration (bun, patty, bun, patty, bun) except there was only a slice of cheese and some ketchup on it. Both window people said "big mac meal" to me, but it surely was not

Terrible service!!! Been waiting in my car at the curbside spot for over half hour!!! Had to walk in the building in my pajamas to get my food after half hour wait!!! If you can’t handle the morning breakfast rush don’t open the doors!!!
